    I purchased a balloon ride for my husband and I in April 2023. Due to weather and husbands health it was cancelled multiple times. I have called and the message says it cant be connected. I have send email after email, no response. I would love to have my money refunded. I was so excited to do this for our 41st anniversary. Still want to book but somewhere else.
