    I purchased two hot air balloon ride tickets on 12/18/22 . Following I made multiple calls to schedule the ride and would leave messages to return my calls. At one point I did talk to Jason and had a trip scheduled on July 1 , in which a recording let me know it was canceled due to high winds. Since , many attempts to reschedule have been made. Dozens of calls and messages have been left with no response. It is now November and I fear my money has been swindled. I would like my money returned.

    I booked a Hot Air Balloon Ride with Even Higher Hot Air Balloon! The trip was cancelled 3 times! I asked for a refund! The lady said I would have to contact my bank that their accounting person is not responding! I filed a dispute with 5/3 Bank. Within a couple weeks I received the refund! Problem solved! Nope! On October 5, 2023 the charge in the amount of $530 was back on my credit card! I reached out to my credit card! They said the third party payment (i did the reservation on the companies direct website) never received confirmation that I did not take the ride so they charged me again. The bank says I need to reach out to the merchant! That would be great but the website is been taken down and the phone number is disconnected! So, now the third party wont help, the bank says there is nothing they can do besides file another dispute, the merchant is nowhere to be found and i have $530 on my credit card with no balloon ride! I have no documentation since I got the refund I trashed my emails since it was case closed and my emails delete after 30 days

    I ordered a balloon ride with the business Even Higher Hot Air Balloon Team through the Groupon website on November 17, 2022. Through Groupon, I received an email requesting feedback on the vendor. I wrote Groupon an email stating that I had not used the excursion and had not arranged a balloon ride. I contacted Groupon after Even Higher Hot Air Balloon claimed I used my discount on January 25, 2023, but I didn't. They contacted the vendor and the owner, ***** *********** ******* apologized stating there were problems with their systems. Because of the bad air quality brought on by the Canadian Wildfire, Even Higher Hot Air Balloon Team had to cancel on June 10th, which I had arranged. I rescheduled for July 8, but poor weather forced a cancellation. So, I rescheduled once more for September 9th, via phone and email, but I received no response. I called and left them several voicemails pleading with them to contact me. I received nothing. They have not communicated in any way. Calls and emails are not returned by Even Higher Hot Air Balloon. Only their voicemail is accessible, therefore you must leave a message. The website is unavailable. I've complained to Groupon about this. I inform Groupon via email that I have not gone on my balloon ride and that the seller has not gotten back to me. They are aware of the issue affecting other customers. Check out the png of the reviews. Additionally, they took the offer down from their website. The offer is unavailable, see the png. When I searched Even Higher Hot Air Balloon online, I discovered other bad reviews. Here is a link *************************************************************** The company address is listed in Yelp website. It is a made-up address. It belongs to someone else.
