    About School of PE / EduMind Inc.: I paid for 6-month course, and passed on the 3rd month. I sent them many emails to ask for my refund (according to their policy) and after twenty-eight business days I am still waiting for my refund. The answers to all emails were that my email will be forwarded to their program director. When I payed my course, the price was different from 3- and 4-month course. In addition, I did not receive anything from them, but payed for shipping and handling $35.50 and taxes over. See below the citation from the policy sent to me: "School of PE Policies/Student Enrollment Agreement – General Terms Ondemand Credit/Refund Policy Addendum 1. ...... 2. Refund Policy: The fee for an Ondemand Course is non-refundable unless You are waiting on your exam results and find out during the course that You have passed your exam. At this time, You can withdraw from the course and receive a full refund. Simply email us your NCEES letter showing that You have passed the exam. The letter should be emailed to registration at schoolofpe.com within two weeks from the issue date of the letter. If you fail to submit the letter during the specified time, then cancellation is not applicable.*

    We are very sorry to hear that you were not happy with the service provided by School of PE. The products that were mentioned were not able to be shipped due to an invalid address being provided upon purchase. Please note that that the Refund policies full intent, as indicated, was for those who were waiting on exam results as this policy is provided prior to registration. The exam results provided were from 12/2022 which was 2 months after the registration date. Despite this a refund for the remaining time on the course was provided. The book order that contained the invalid shipping information was also cancelled, and a full refund for the shipping and handling plus applicable taxes was provided as well.

    Just pray you pass the ** or PE first because the schoolofpe will ensure they envoke every by law under the sun to make sure you can't take the course again.Also live classes, they prevent you from speaking to the professors and all you can do is text, which makes it almost impossible to have a conversation.1/5 stars

    We are always disappointed to hear when a student is not pleased with our review course. As the for the free the repeat the requirements for this are in no way to designed to avoid providing a free repeat. They are actually designed to assist the student in passing. The first requirement is attend all the live online classes or watch all the ondemand videos depending on which modality the student chooses. If the part is not completed the student may not have been able to sufficiently prepare for the exam as topics may have been missed in their review. The second requirement is to take the exam within a year of the course to help with the retention of the information provided. We always encourage our students to take the exam as close to completing the course as they can. The last one is to retake the course within 18 months. These requirements are very clearly outlined on our website, it is also indicated in the policy the student must accept prior to purchase and a copy of that policy is emailed to them upon registration. As for not being able to directly speak with the instructor via microphone and only through a chat feature this is to help ensure that classes run smoothly and questions for each student are answered in an orderly fashion. These classes often times have 80+ students in them. Our instructors also provide time at the end of the classroom to further review any questions and the students have the ability to send messages to the instructor through their study hub once the classes are over.
