    They ripped me off they took my money 2 or $3000 on my money. Then they said that I called them and cancel it. Why would I cancel a policy that I didn't got so far in 2? They sent me a $1000 back. I don't know what for the guy said because they messed up the policy. Don't worry about it miss ***** will straighten it out and you will have coverage now. I'm gonna find out I do not have coverage they despite my policy. They say I called and canceled it. I did not do that. So I need to figure out some help here to get all my money back please

    The above customer had a regular policy for about a year and a half. According to the notes, she started a new job toward the end of 2022 and began to have problems with the monthly payment. We moved her over to a month-to-month policy in January, so the payment was more manageable. We offered to give her a year of coverage and refund the remaining $79.92. She originally via phone decided on this option. She then decided to take the full amount of refund and make payments on the new plan. There are several phone calls and an email chain to confirm events. The policy then canceled due to non-payment. She called in upset she did not have coverage any longer and I sent her the email chain that she stated she wanted a refund of the full amount due, and she would make payments on the policy. She was still upset and wanted her money back. We have treated customer with excellent customer service and tried to give her the best solution to resolve situation.
