    Terrible service company for my extended warranty. Although the contract litterally says heating and A/c covered they saw well the part isnt listed. It says heating and a/c. That would mean that they should pay to make heating and a/c work. This is a common issue with fords where they motors lock up and close the doors so I have zero defrost and can not drive the car in rain or snow. I will never buy a contract from them again.

    TERRIBLE & DISHONEST! I purchased a comprehensive bumper-to-bumper auto warranty for my brand new truck in 2019. The warranty supposedly covers everything except consumables (i.e. oil filters, belts, etc.) and it cost $2200. So when my truck's navigation system stopped working, I took the truck into my dealership to get it replaced. Of course the dealer's warranty expired so it was necessary to use my extended warranty. However, American Colonial only agreed to replace the navigation system with a REFURBISHED component. I looked through the contract and brochure, and it says nothing about using refurbished components. The only way to get a new nav-systen component is to pay the $100 deductible plus an extra $375 (total $475). American Colonial Administration is intentionally dishonest and misleading by refusing to use a new component. I am extremely frustrated that I must pay $475 on top of my $2200 "comprehensive" warranty. Never purchase an "ADVANCE" auto warranty from this company.

    Horrible company to deal with . Says turbo charger civered but they refuse tonpay and said yhe coolant fitting was nit listed but its part of the turbo.
