Very professional, they were on time, if running behind they made sure to keep informed of there arrival time. Would use them again. Office staff, and salesman were very nice as well. Would use Butler again.

Last spring Butler performed a spring servicing on air conditioner. I asked the service man if he was going to to clean the leaves out of the bottom of the outdoor unit as part of the spring service. He told me Butler no longer did that as part of the service. Several months later I got an email form Butler asking for a review. I stated in the review , I provided, my concern about the leaves and the fact they were not cleaned from the unit. And that I was told by the service man it was no longer part of the spring service. I received a call from a Butler representative. The person told me it still was part of the spring cleaning and keeping leaves out of the unit was important. He told me it should have been done. He immediately scheduled an appointment for the work, no charge. The service man who performed the additional work on the unit was through, professional. and polite. I will be using Butler in the future to service and repair my AC and recommend them to others.Butler Heating and Air Conditioning

I bought the Air Conditioner and had it installed by Butler. In the last 3 years they performed a spring inspection and maintenance. They performed 5 star work. The people who installed the unit told me to make sure when the outside unit was inspected in spring to have any leafs that accumulated at the bottom removed. Early this year I noticed my thermostat had gone blank. I called Butler and they replaced it. After replacing the unit I was told they would need to come back. The below note was added the their work invoice "Replaced the thermostat and could not check operation. Thermostat was in the truck and was reading 50deg. Outside temp is 18deg. Thermostat is mounted and wired up and display is working. We will need to come back in spring and check actual thermostat operation." . Customer is also going to set up wi-fi himself. The person that came out this spring told me Butler no longer checked the outside unit for leafs Besides there were not enough leafs to cause problems and it would be a lot of work. This comment was made abruptly. i asked about checking out the thermostat and I was told all they were talking about was checking the Freon in the unit and their comments didn't need to be done. Again the comment was made abruptly For the above reason Butler gets a 3 star ratingButler Heating and Air Conditioning

They were very quick at responding and fixing my furnace. Everybody I was in contact with was very professional and treated me with respectful. Made me feel like I was there only customer.Butler Heating and Air Conditioning
