  Excellent service and value. They installed max shield gutter guards on existing gutters. Pricing was highly competitive and, I believe, a superior product. Installation was on time and professionally handle. This should omit the need for me to unclog the gutters 3+ times per year due to tree debris such as leaves and seeds. Thanks for the quality work and product.

  Gutter Guard Direct-- PROFESSIONAL, PROMPT, PERSONABLE! Jonathon - professional and knowledgeable about the "best fit" for your home. His recommendations of gutter size and color have resulted in receiving compliments on my house. GutterGuards met it's scheduled installation date and installers were skilled craftsmen. With my home being a 1951 build, in an area over certain windows, the 7" gutters hanged too low to open the window. The installer resolved the problem on the spot without flaw. Most importantly was the personable "Customer Service"; the welcome message from Johnathan that was received after requesting the free estimate and after contract signing, the notice received informing that the installation date would be changed with a rescheduled date (that was promptly met), Jonathan's on-the-site visit the second day of installing the gutters was most impressive, the message of thanks received upon completion with assurance to make contact if there is any dissatisfaction; and finally, Amy, the office manager. These young people are marvelous examples of how to serve our community with QUALITY and with a product of quality!

  Jonathan and the people at Gutter Guard are fantastic. Jonathan went over the types of gutters and guards. We went with the 6 inch gutter and guard. The color was bronze. Jonathan was right, it looks amazing. It handles the rain easily and looks great. It made a great accent to our home. I can’t express how happy we are that we chose Gutter Guard. We had others come but none that could beat Jonathan. Thanks so much. You can’t go wrong with his company.

  Mastersheild Gutter Guards we’re installed one year ago. Work was completed per estimate. What sold us on this company was: references from former customers, owner’s personal experience and involvement, design and warranty from manufacture. Jonathan also pointed out to us that one of our newly installed gutters ( different company) was not installed properly. Gutter Guards Direct corrected the issue and added a direct vertical gutter from the second story lever to the lower addition that resolved our over flow issue. We do now get small ice cycles on all our gutters. I had asked upfront if this might occur and they were honest with a “ yes, it’s possible.” Workers we’re on time and cleaned up. Very professional. Can’t review any needed follow up issues. So far so good. Gutters handled massive amount of rain this summer with no issues.

  Very pleased with this company! Arrived for quote and provided thorough information answered questions. He showed sample products to choose from and compare as well as prices. The work was done in a timely manner and looks great. We are very pleased with the product we chose and the amount of options this company had.

  I am very pleased with the gutter guards, I have a lot of oak trees around my home and so far have not had any issues with leaves clogging the gutters .

  Great service at a very reasonable price! I was very pleased with the quality of service and product given by them and they came in well under my estimated cost. I got very lucky and had them out the next day to install, which was fast and well done!

  Gutter Guards Direct installed new 6" gutters and Mastershield Gutter Guards on our commercial office building. We were pleased with their preinstallation services, installation and the final results. The field crew was very professional and experienced. As a few existing conditions were discovered during installation, they made slight corrections resulting in an expert and quality system. They would be the first company I would call if we every needed gutter services again. We are very pleased.

  Our salesman was great, he explained everything in detail. the crew that installed the Gutter Guards treated us like old friends, the were a joy to have working on our gutters. When finished, everything was cleaned up perfectly. As for the Gutter Guards, they are working as described.. This our second winter with them and we have have had no problems whatsoever. We highly recommend this company and their products!
