  Gutter Guards Direct did a solid job at my house. Everything was handled in a timely fashion. I had the LeafLock gutter protection system put over the home's existing gutters. The newly installed system has a nice, discreet look. The salesman who looked at my house and gave me an estimate was courteous and professional, as were the men who did the installation work. I didn't need to be at home for the work to be done, but I was at home during most of the work. 5 stars from start to finish.

  ********* was great to work with. I met with a few other companies and got the high pressure sales approach. Johnathan was more educational in his approach and I appreciate that. He gives multiple options and was the only one that wasn’t trying to sell me on one solution. Educated me on the pros and cons for each. Installation was as promised and they returned a few weeks later when an adjustment was needed. They also called to follow up to be sure I was satisfied. He’s an established business and will be around in the future should any follow up visits be needed and that is important aspect that can be easily overlooked.

  We are pleased with the gutter and downspouts you did. My gutter problem was not just the gutters but down spouts issues too. Other companies only wanted to cover our gutters but that was only part of my problem. You were kind and patient. You took time to solve all roof drainage issues. When the work men were on site they made sure the gutter covers were the best color to use and not seen from the road. They were pro active and skilled. Everyone worked above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied.

  After ice dams in our gutters in January caused sections of them to fall down from the house, Gutter Guards Direct replaced all of our gutters and gutter protection with 6" gutters and MasterShield Micro Mesh Gutter Guard. Our previous large-mesh gutter protection did not work well, causing debris from the many trees in our yard, especially the needles from cypress and pine, to badly clog the gutters. Because the tiny pieces of tree debris got through our old gutter protection and stayed in the gutters, the precipitation we had in January could not flow freely through the gutters and turned to ice. The weight of the combination of debris and ice was too much for our gutters, and they collapsed. We are very pleased with the installation of our NEW gutters and gutter guards and are not worried about having any problems next winter. Every Gutter Guards Direct employee we dealt with was very professional and personable and gave us excellent service.

  Our problem has always been clogged gutters. We replaced our gutters a couple of years ago and basic gutter guards that didn’t really work very well. We decided to replace the gutter guards with MasterShield. We are very pleased with the product. No more clogged gutters. They were quick and professional.

  I am pleased to have the opportunity to submit a review of Gutter Guards Direct. We had Mastershield gurards installed a month ago on 6 inch gutters on our house, and on 5 and 6 inch gutters on a house next door, which is a house that we rent out. An appointment for an estimate was promptly offered for a time of my convenience. Johnathan obviously has extensive knowledge of the many products available, and he had multiple options for our consideration. He thoroughly explained the strengths and weaknesses of the various options, and offered a competitive price for our choices. He simply superbly presented the information and pricing, and did not try to impose any extraneous sweet-talk or pressure. The job was scheduled once our decision was made. Installation went very smoothly, and met all of our expectations. Communication along the process was superb. I offer my congratulations and gratitude to this well-run company.
