      DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!! They are conmen and will quote one price and charge 3x and then attempt to put a lien on your home when you do not pay. I will be posting this on every possible review site to warn people of their deceptive practices. They should be charged and their business should be shut down immediately.

      They came scheduled appointment over week after call...water got in a walk in closet that was dry when they showed...but mold was on carpet only in one corner. They charged for services that were not necessary...drying machines...drywall removal..they left the wood carpet strips and didn't remove carpet on a inch high stoop...but yet removed all around the stoop which shows there was no carpet damage or mold that far into closet ..mold was only about a foot from wall in corner of walk in closet. I had emptied closet before they came...but yet they charged me for that too...I offered to pay for carpet removal and drywall removal in good faith...they refused my offer. Dr.flood takes advantage of customers...they come in and never discuss what they are going to do and what it costs..they assume the insurance company is going to pay whatever they want...someone needs to protect the consumer from these thiefs.

      This company is tricky and will come to your house without being called and set up their equipment and leave for days then send you a large invoice that even says they did things they didn’t. This is a perfect example of insurance fraud. Please watch out for these guys. Had equipment in my home for 20 hours and said 3 days. When asked if they were Servpro they said “yes” and thereafter Servpro actually showed up and admitted they had no affiliation with “dr flood”. Charged me $3,600+ for work I never asked for in the first place.

      Going though similar situation with over charging and putting a lien on the property. My insurance company hired them and had a cost evaluation done by another well-known and respected company, and they were over charging by thousands of dollars. They left their drying equipment on site for over a week. We unplugged after 4 days as the room was dry. Going to make them pay to remove the lien and any other cost incurred due to their fraudulent practices.

      This company should be out of business for fraud, misconduct and elder abuse. Do not under any circumstances let these crooks into your homes. Report them to the Better Business Bureau and place a formal complaint with the Ohio Attorney Generals Office. Ohio.gov. They ABUSE THE ELDERLY AND IT IS DISGRACEFUL.

      Worst water remediation company ever. They are scam artists who forged my name to a contract. They charged for work that was not done and their billing was atrocious. Over $10,000 for a small room when they only did about $3,000 worth of work. They left 2 dehumidifiers and a fan and came to get the equipment two days later. Charged 4 days for some of the equipment and 5 for others. Said they were at my home for 8 hours when in reality it was less than one. They charged a dump fee when nothing was taken to the dump. The list goes on. When my insurance wouldn't pay for the work they didn't do and could not substantiate. They put a lien on my house. Luckily they spelled my name wrong when they forged my name to the contract. Please call anyone but these people.

      TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE!!!!! Don't let them anywhere near your home!!! They didn't cover ANYTHING in my home, but charged me for coverings. They didn't use a vacuum system while cutting drywall, leaving my ENTIRE first floor covered in a thick layer of drywall dust. All of my husband's guitars, amps & pedals had to be taken apart and cleaned because of their incompetence. They put equipment where it wasn't needed & used fans without dehumidifiers. This company should be shut down!!!!

      We will look into this matter immediately? Typically we have an outside service do a deep clean because the nature of the service is demolition and dust travels. Did we pay for a 3rd party to come out and do a deep clean?
