    My daughter is ****** ********* is enrolled at Mason Anthony, School of Cosmetology Arts & Sciences LLC. She enrolled in October 2023.

    She is expected to graduate in May 2024.

    They cancelled classes today and tomorrow in person. When she checked her online work, that was completed up to 80%-90% - just had graduation steps left to complete.

    Today when she checked the percentage completed reflects between 50% to 60%.

    The school is on probation with the state because they are not teaching the students. The instructors assured them that they are not out any money, adn the school will continue to operate. 

    There are few instructors at the school. Some learning is remote. The instructors are telling her to email the owner of the school asking for supplies.  

    They closed the Hilliard location. 

    We've paid over $5,000. We paid $1,000 down, and $905 every month since October. 

    We are concerned she has not received the instruction to pass the state test after completing the classes.

    I attended Mason Anthony Esthetics program. Total cost of class $14,095. I was provided partial financial aid & was ordered to pay $317.67 monthly for 12 months. I paid $500 for enrollment fee’s.

    I have been in school since May 23,2022- September 14,2022. I paid an estimate of $1,770.

    I was wrongfully accused, and discriminated against which I have filed a complaint through the civil acts division already.

    My concern is that I have been requesting school ledger & account balance information since 9/20/22 & no one will respond to my emails, phone calls, or voicemails. The dates I reached out, 9/20, 9/21, 9/22, 9/26, 9/28, 10/02, 10/03, 10/05 . I have reached out by both phone calls and emails to the accountant- *****, the director- ***** ********, the owner- *******. The accountant sends me to voicemail everyday. *****, refused to release my student file which I am entitled to by law.
