      Had to call customer service numerous times, 6 times in the last month and a half, just to get my billing corrected. I'm on autopay, there was an error on the meter, and so they have taken too much money out of my account. The customer service department is awful. Spoke to **********************, ***. They say they'll look into it and call back, but they don't. No answers yet. Last person said her supervisor is going to find out why it's taking so long. Sheesh, I don't care why. Guardian Water and Power, GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK.

      Very poor customer service and response time. Difficult to communicate with employees and unclear instructions. Would not recommend. Do not use this company for anything

      I gave them 1 star just to be able to write this review, First of all. every time I try to log in. even though the password and account # has been saved, I is always invalid. Change password and it still does not allow access. This has been going on for over a year now. and It does no good to complain. It never gets corrected. Why?????????????Also, the water quality is horrible. To the point I am afraid to drink it. It leaves a SCUM on everything. My clothes are becoming dull and never look clean. My plants are dying.Unfortunately, I have no choice because the owner of the mobile home court has control over who is the water supplier.************* water was never this way!
