      This company is inept. There is the barest of information or assistance to resolve. After five months of waiting for our individual units to receive a bill-and the *** Accounts being drained for everyone's water costs.- AND getting the run around about the actual billing ----they send a report with 203 units - we have 212. And out of the blue---46 of these unit's meters have physical/remote issues and can't be read?This is supposed to be what they do - read meters - report the costs, and bill. To finally get a report after five months with all of the meter 'issues' is mind blowing. All this time, if you truly couldn't get accurate reading, normal business practices would be to let the property manager know in a timely manner. And then there are the 9 units they just didn't include. I guess the unit was away doing errands when the meters were read? Entire townhome, just not there?We never had problems when billed by the city. No meter issues. This has been an absolute nightmare of an experience. Their apathy, lack of communication, and not knowing how to do their job is damaging our community badly.

      If I could, I would put 0 to this company. I've been living in America for a long time, but I haven't seen such impudence as this company. I live in *************** first they sent bills twice as much, for example, the feathered bill came 4000 thousand gallons for 130 dollars. Then 369 and 360 for ***** gallons. My manager couldn't figure it out or didn't want to, and I called customer service at first the operator spoke politely, but then she just started talking nonsense, like we take the average in ********** and withdraw the average account. Then she began to say that turn off the water and measure how much water you use, because I told her that we have a hot water meter, which by the way she was very surprised. Then I asked how could a $360 bill come to an apartment in 200 squarefits? And we don't have anywhere, there is no meter for cold water, and how do they count us and why do they count the last two accounts five times for water and twice for sewer. To which she just hung up and didn't figure it out anymore. This company is spam, they're trying to make money on us. We have 5 more such apartments in the complex. Who has the same problems, I advise you to leave more feedback. I dont understand how this company chooses best for customers reviews???And want added bill for October come 458,for less amount gallons.This company need close.

      I think guardian water is scammers and landlords are in on it. Who pays a bill that only the landlord can get information on. A f****** scammer!

      This company needs an investigation in its billing practices for payment terms. It has fluctuated wildly at this apartment complex month to month. This current cycle the email came in midnight of 7/25/2024 with an 08/01/2024 due date when their website has 3-5 business days for payments. 5 business days is the 31st. This is taking advantage of customers who aren't as tech savvy as myself with notifications.

      Poor customer service. Submitted a bill for 10 months when meter could not be read. Bill was way of proportion to previous usage. This bill refects over $120 a month average bill is $70 a month. Bill for 10 months is $1184.

      I have spoke with several customer service representatives about my account. Apparently there was meter issue which is not my problem. The property manager was not contacted as they said. I received a huge bill that they wouldn’t take responsibility for. My account has been inactive and they have not done anything. Because there negligence they should be responsible for bills at this point. I want something done about the $126 bill they failed to do their part on making sure the property manager knows.Yet I don’t have an October bill. If I get another big bill there responsible for it. The cost living has gone up so $126 is a lot for a place I am barely at. Fix it !!!!

      This company is inefficient and lacking even the basic customer service ABCs. My story started with an over payment and this company's unwillingness to even look into my concern. Yes I have records but their system appears to only address a minimal level of addressing customer concerns. Or not addressing at all!

      Trying to pay a bill online is terrible. The website sucks! Needs a serious user friendly overhaul. Limited options without having to pay extra $3.00 for a convenience fee, on top of increased bill each month (live alone, water use habits don’t change). I just want a paper copy of my bill and be able to pay by whatever method is “convenient” for me. My internet service is frequently down so I can’t always trust technology. Trying to login never works & can’t change banking info. Customer service mislead me about the one-time payment feature (which automatically set me up for e-billing…No Thanks! Unfortunately, because I rent— I’m stuck with this “management” company. I don’t know if it’s in their control but the quality of water is the worst I’ve ever had. I wouldn’t even give it to a raccoon.

      If a part or meter goes bad and you call for a replacement? They will not let you pick item up, Yet they Charge you to have the parts shipped to you. Then If the part is wrong, they charge you for restocking fee along with the shipping charges. What a crook!! Also They keep raising the base prices with out notifying anyone. The only way People know it is raised is when no water is used and you still have to pay the base fee and notice the base fee keeps going up with out notice.

      * Guardian has not permitted pickups from our office since March 2020. * Guardian billing reflects the rates of your water/sewer provider. Base cost for monthly bills change based on what the provider charges for their base fees. If there is a rate increase by your water/sewer provider, Guardian will increase the rate as well. Most municipalities will have an increase at the beginning of the year but can process these at any other time as well. * If you still have questions on this, please contact us at [email protected].

      I am so upset. I have been renting from a company that uses Guardian water. I am a single lady and at my old apartment my water bills were between 50 to 120 dollars a month. I complained and they said meters don't lie Now, in my new place, my bill last month was 21 dollars and this month it is 80.30. Its sickening how we are being ripped off.
