My car was towed from a parking space where I live at Cushing Arms Townhomes in a private parking lot for residents by this awful company for just having my front tire a little over the line. I went and paid the ridiculous fee to retrieve my car because I had to go to work, my complaint is they boast that they survey the parking lots, but since my car was towed there have been plenty of cars that park sideways over several parking spaces as well as cars and trucks that park next to the trash bin that is not a parking space at all consistently. So apparently my front tire being over the line a bit but in an actual parking space was much worse than those who park across several spaces and/or who don't park in a space at all or the survey of the lots is a lie. this company is a rip off.

We don’t patrol Cushing Arms Townhomes. We only tow vehicles that are called in to be impounded by the management or maintenance. I’m not sure which vehicle you are referring to so I can review the pictures but regardless it would’ve only been towed from that property if it was requested by the management.

Didn't utilize their service... However, I was an Uber driver dropping a client off to retrieve their vehicle. Client left, I had sat in the lot for a few moments to get ready to call the next, and a dude pops out of the building and beats on my window, telling me they got my buddy on camera and that he will be painting their cars for free. Absolutely unacceptable. If this is how they treat third party ride services, I am lead to believe the reviews hailing horrible customer facing interactions are correct.

I have absolutely no idea what you’re talking about. We don’t paint cars. However, we do have 4K cameras with audio that cover every inch of the property. If you are able to tell me what day and time this supposedly occurred I can try to pull the video to see what happened, if it actually happened at our location and not somewhere else. Is it possible that you interacted with another customer that thought you worked for us? I have no idea but I would definitely appreciate your response with the date/time so I can research it further. Our employees generally only interact with customers inside the building at the front desk and not in the parking lot. I honestly can’t respond properly until I get more information because I genuinely don’t have a clue about this incident.

After speaking with one of my employees, we might have figured it out. We had an irate customer that keyed several employees vehicles as they went to retrieve their impounded vehicle. It is possible that one of my employees didn’t realize that you were an Uber driver and thought you were associated with the person that vandalized their personal vehicles. As you weren’t involved with that crime, I apologize if they startled you. As stated in my previous comment we have 4K video and audio and clearly saw the suspect use their key to scrape three employee vehicles while walking through our lot. We have both individuals information and have filed a police report and charges have been filed as well. I didn’t connect the dots with your review and this incident at first.

I don't exactly remember a key being involved, and having cameras to record all around my vehicle from the inside... Can visually confirm there was no keying involved. This happened at roughly 1130 on 04-13/2023...

Don't know if I should be surprised the location isn't even a named location on Google maps. 39.9031833, -82.9850749

Most inconsiderate, rude , unprofessional employees. Female hangs up on me. Tags expired for 1 month was towed. Many other cars sit in this parking lot with expired tags of a year or more. I have to give them my grocery money to retrieve my car. I don't know what my son and I will do for food this next two weeks.

The only time we ever hang up on anyone is when someone is cursing, yelling, screaming, being belligerent, etc. We’re not going to tolerate abuse from any customer so if we hung up on you that would be the reason. We don’t make the rules. We simply enforce them. Whether there were other cars violating the parking rules outlined in your lease or not is inconsequential. Your vehicle was in violation and was impounded as a result. It is very likely that they were also impounded if what you say is true.

These guys are parking lot poachers who sit and watch people walk into the incorrect business for a posted lot and tow their vehicles. Predatory towing for profits. Dont let them tell you its to do a job they were hired to do. They are legalized scammers. Just had a car towed by them and it was $160 to get it back.l for a 10 minute milkshake. Fortunately, I have a civil attorney in the family and he has agreed to file suit on our behalf and ensured that this type of unethical towing was a winnable lawsuit.

We patrol over **** properties in Franklin County. We dont sit and wait for anyone to park illegally anywhere. We would never waste our time doing that when theres plenty of money to be made elsewhere. Im assuming that you parked at Hippie Hut and went next door to get a milkshake. In doing so YOU chose to park illegally and ignore the over abundance of signage on the property warning that you will be towed. Hippie Hut calls us constantly as soon as they see someone park and leave the property because it is a small lot that is reserved for THEIR customers only. We also stop in frequently to ask if anything needs towed. Our office is 5 minutes away in addition to always having numerous trucks in the area because we patrol so many properties on campus and the Short North areas. When we tow a vehicle we rarely know how long its been parked there. Quite frankly, it doesnt matter how long. No unauthorized parking means no unauthorized parking. You chose to park somewhere that you shouldnt have and ignored the signs and need to take responsibility for YOUR actions. We are only doing our job and were good at it, as you found out. How would you feel if you owned a business and none of your customers could park in your lot because the spaces are all full because everyone is next door getting a 10 minute milkshake? Thats exactly what was happening prior to us being hired to tow vehicles away and still does some days even though we do our best. There are only about **** parking spaces there and if we dont tow Hippie Hut would go out of business because their customers cant park anywhere. You should have parked in a legal space somewhere else instead of acting entitled and parking on someone elses property without permission.

My experience...Hound Dogs Towing towed my car for expired sticker after 11pm. Sticker was on when I parked night before. Woke up to car gone, police said hound dogs towed it. How do I know hound dogs didnt remove new sticker to justify towing my car?!

Everything we do is documented with pictures and videos. All of our trucks have forward and rear facing cameras that record every second that a truck is in use. We also take pictures of every vehicle prior to towing it. I dont know what the circumstances were regarding why your vehicle was towed because you didnt supply any information about the vehicle so I can look it up but I guarantee it was for a valid reason. We do not remove any stickers, etc like you are insinuating and resent the implication. This is exactly why everything we do is recorded by video and pictures so we cant be accused of doing things we didnt do. This is a false claim. Our employees know they are being recorded and also understand that any nefarious activity such as youre suggesting would result in immediate termination. Im sure it was explained to you why your vehicle was impounded but if youd like to give us a call at ************ and give us the vehicle information well be happy to explain it again.
