      I purchased a washer, dryer and oven at this business less than nine months ago. I discovered broken glass in the oven door, but decided to just clean and live with it. The washing machine began making a very loud noise and hasn't been in working condition for two months. I tried to work with them and asked them to honor the one-year warranty. Their reply (including the manager) was more or less, "tough luck - you bought a used appliance and no used appliance stores offer service once it's out the door." This has never been my experience - I have bought other used appliances and the stores always offer a warranty. Even though they told me in the store that they thoroughly check out the appliances to make sure they are in good working condition, he told me over the phone they do NOT do that since they don't have a source of water to check the washer. So I am stuck with a washing machine I paid over $400 for, and now have to risk an appliance repair cost. In the end, I may need to replace it. I would give negative star reviews if it was possible.
