  Beware of this company! They do not use licensed professionals for their work, resulting in constant issues. Every time something goes wrong, they charge you again. They also upcharge for items, making a profit off of them. Im still dealing with problems from appliances they installed a couple of years ago, which were installed incorrectly by uncertified workers. I paid over retail price for these items and was assured they were certified, but now I've been told that my furnace, air conditioning, and other items were installed incorrectly and will need to be replaced. They also installed floors that started cracking within three months. Please be cautious and consider this before hiring them.

  Is it possible to give NO stars?? How about negative. They are slumlords who only care about money. The first year I thought it was a scam no one would return my call. I started calling again 2 months before my lease was over, they finally called back 2 weeks before my lease was up. I asked bt month to month they told me an additional 400 on top of already paying 1328. Not for this dump. They waited til the day I moved in to say the owner wont paint or put a strip of new carpet in the hallway. Moved drug dealers in the other side who were selling out the same place a year before. Lied time and time again, put 3 fake evictions on their door but I get one and go to court while the neighbors somehow never been to court or even evicted. Wont answer or return calls until you owe them money. Dont be late they illegally charge $10 a day. Make you pay $15 for some fake conciergeservice for them to come fix stuff but never have. H*** when we did the initial check list they came out said they would be back and never heard or seen the til 2 weeks before my lease was over and was basically stuck with another lease that obviously someone was illiterate it took them them a month to send a lease that did not have my old roommate on it. They wouldnt answer the police calls about their property, dont want to be responsible. And now a man has od and died next door in the trap house. Now they want lie and cover their tracks. Its way too late. I admit they initially talk a good game and act like they give af but they dont. They had no smoking clause in my lease but the walls are textured and hasnt been painted in looks like 20 years. How can you even think to have a smoking clause when its 30 years of filth, smoke and whatever else on the walls. I can go on and on about this fraudulent company but we would be here all night. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY OR TGEIR OTHER NAME DREAM LIVING. Not even if its your last resort they are like vultures. They smell vulnerability!!

  Submitted a complaint to 10x Property management in February 2024 for suspected drug dealing activity at a South Columbus property which they manage. Staff sent dozens of photos of suspicious behavior over 60 days with no acknowledgement or response from 10x staff. They did not take this complaint seriously or perform a diligent investigation.

  In February, I started the conversation with them to manage my property in Columbus, giving them plenty of notice to get spare keys, communicate with the existing tenant, and to supervise his move-out. Needless to say, not only did they not get hold of the tenant - until I reminded them, but they did not supervise his move-out (found out 2 days later he was still there), and the property manager did not get the spare keys. Nor, once the tenant was out had they scheduled a cleaning or photography of the home as they had promised, within 48 hours. In fact a week later and I am still waiting for them to tell me when that will happen. Very unprofessional.

  I want to give a huge shoutout to 10x Property Management. This company has been a great company to work with. From beginning to end of my rental relationship with them they have always provided impeccable service. I definitely recommend them for any of your future rental property needs. Great townhome, excellent neighborhood, great pricing, excellent customer service(******), fast easy maintenance service, everything a Landlord needs to be, you’ll find with this company. Again thank you for providing me with great rental service. Highly recommended 5star review

  I have not had heat now in my apartment for over a week and the management company will not even return my call to let me know when someone is going to fix it... They are VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and UNDEPENDABLE and UNACCEPTABLE!! Would not recommend any human being to rent from them
