  **** and ***** arrived at our house after calling to let us know they were on their way which I appreciated. They quickly assessed the issue of a leaky valve in our laundry room and explained clearly what they would have to do to correct the problem. **** gave us a price to complete the work with the exception of doing drywall work which they do not do. They worked efficiently, were respectful of our property, were knowledgeable and skillful, completing their work in a timely manner. I appreciated how they finished the job by not only cleaning up the small amount of dust that was created but also cleaning the dust bunnies on the floor before moving the washer back in place! Over the last year or so we have had several separate plumbing problems and have called The Waterworks to help us. Each issue was handled to our satisfaction. Our confidence in their ability to do a good job leads us to highly recommend this company for any plumbing needs.

  Our development has an annual lift station maintenance agreement with Waterworks. This past summer I tried for weeks to get them scheduled and they would not respond to either email or voice mail contacts. Finally, I personally visited the head office where I met *** *., President, Waterworks, who listened and immediately responded to my situation. Our lift station maintenance was not just scheduled but completed within a very few days. Though coordination of maintenance team member arrival time was poor resulting in a 1 - 1 1/2 hour delay, the team worked well once they got going and I am satisfied with the completed work.

  Told scheduler the issue and needed an hvac tech and they sent a plumber who covered up the diagnostic hole with new pvc and charged me almost $500. If they would have sent the proper tech they would have known what to do. I was told a manager would call me back within 48 hours and still nothing.

  I have been a customer of ****** ******************** AND ******************** for over 25 years. I had a furnace and AC united installed by them and since my 19 year old furnaces motor died two days ago during the bittercold, I contacted ******. *****, a 25 year employee and my service person for over 21 years came to my rescue. He installed a temporary motor to keep my dog and me warm until the new furnace is installed next week. I hope joining with Waterworks does not affect ghe good service I have had for so many years. Have heard some negative comments re WATERWORKS so I will keep my fingers crossed.

  I am a repeat customer of The Waterworks - both for repairs and new installations. Most recent was a water leak repair during a holiday week. It was an easy process to schedule the repair and get it done before Thanksgiving day. Technician arrived on time, identified the problem and explained the repair that would be done. Technician checked and confirmed there were no leaks after the work was done and everything was cleaned up.
