    These guys are pretend local. Dont be fooled. You will not be able to talk to your local team. The actual workers are here but admins are elsewhere and dont know anything about you or your property and calls directed to the local office are not returned. Over the last two months, Ive texted, emailed, and called these guys about a billing dispute - 6 separate communications. I was promised a return phone call 3 times with nothing. Briefly, I was charged a service I never received. Because the way their online billing is set up, I was not able to pay for the 2 things they did do, while not paying for the 1 thing they didnt do. I continuously tried to contact them but because all customer communications are handled somewhere else, I could never talk to someone local. They will only take a msg and promise a return call, that never happens. Texts are auto-replied that theyll get back to you within ***** hours but that doesnt happen either. Emails are apparently just ignored. So without talking to me in any way other than to (one-way) text and email me about my outstanding balance, they sent me to collections after 70 days. Im really disappointed because I had 2 complete attic eradications with them and those went pretty well. So I ended up paying $160 for a service I didnt receive just to protect my credit score. But some people cant do that and these guys know that. I switched to them because they promised me the world. But this is the first year that I had uncontrolled spiders and stink bugs in my backyard, out of the 6 years Ive been here. The tech said its a bad year for spiders and stink bugs but my neighbors do not have the same experience. So obvious lie to cover up inferior products and application.

    The company came to my house after I signed up and then told me that they could not help me with my pest control problems canceled my contract and is still taking money out of my account without my permission personally said that they could not help me try to call they said the account was canceled. They took another $180 Alam my account today and still told me that I owed them more money for a cancellation fee when they are the ones that canceled me $220 for a service that I cannot even have done but they sent somebody out and said that he took cobwebs down outside my house . total fraudulent when you call they give you the runaround And said theyll review it in five days

    DO NOT ANSWER DOOR! EcoShield salesperson knocked on door in middle of workday. I work from home and thought it was a delivery. I told salesperson I was at work and not interested but the EcoShield *** stated that my neighbor hired them to perform pest removal around home for a very good price - full treatment, safe for pets etc. He asked if I was concerned about any pests and I said "no, I really don't have a pest problem, rarely see a spider or ant" He pushed and mentioned he noticed the hornets and mud wasp nests on porch. I did agree they have been a nuisance and he quickly stated that he could take care of those for me. When I asked he offered price of $149. After I agree to the service they pull out an ipad and ask me to initial throughout. When I see the credit card section he then states that there are follow up treatments needed to get egg cycle but that EcoShield service is FULLY CANCELABLE AT ANYTIME WITHOUT PENALTY. I was a bit suspicious as it now seemed like multiple treatments and not the 1 treatment he started off selling. I was anxious to get back to work. I later see a contract in email and research reviews online and it appears to be a scam. The entire service is difficult to cancel nor did they perform the offered services - hornets/wasps. He did not treat the hornet nest as I was stung multiple times after both the 1st and 2nd treatment. They also apologized via text that they did not state egg cycle was billable so soon after the 1st treatment (within 1 month). I also found out my neighbor NEVER used this company and it was a ploy to get me to trust him. The contract actually mentions sending a cancel notice by "telegram"!!! What century is this? I cannot believe they can operate in the state of **** and the attorney general has not issued a class action suit for deceptive marketing under consumer protection law Section ******* | Unfair or deceptive acts or practices.

    The ***s that came out were amazing. The customer service *** when I called to cancel my service was horrible. Done to Financial problems we had to cancel our services. The *** keep trying to get me to stay and I told him multiple times no we cant afford it right now. Then he said well Im going to have to charge you 214 for Cancel and I dont care what the sale *** told you. You will have to pay the 214. I had the sale ***s number so I told him I was going to call him cause he said I could cancel at any time we need to. Then it was Ill cancel your account but there will be *********************************************************************************************************** anything.

    I would give Ecoshield negative stars if I could. My mother was a victim of their door to door sales tactics and was essentially preyed on by their snake oil salesman. She had an issue with moles and mice from the neighbors trash heap of a backyard and they said with a years worth of treatment, billed and performed quarterly, she'd have no issues. I think she only ever saw them on her property one time past the first visit, despite being retired. And when you think quarterly you think once every 3 months, right? They charged her almost $200 two months in a row and despite being told it was a year contract, KEPT CHARGING HER almost $200. When reaching out to have the last charge reversed, she was told they would (and given NO time frame), then was transferred to a "supervisor" who just tried to haggle her into staying a customer and still playing them for nothing. She set the phone down and let him ramble on till he hung up. After calling back, she was told it would take 15 days to clear the refund... almost 20 days later, no refund. Echoing the fact that this company needs investigated. With the door-to-door method it feels like they are preying on specific demographics of people and NOTHING about their business is noble, honest, or trustworthy. DO NOT USE ECOSHIELD

    This is a scam. Signed up for 4 services. We were told that when they come out after the first service they are checking to see if the applied enough and whether it worked. We understand that this was not a chargeable visit d.t being a check up. We were billed and unable to pay by phone. They declined to mail a bill but still insisted we pay by check !

    Company made the News in Columbus for their deceitful methods. As a realtor I know the problems ants can cause and reached out to this company and was assured the problem would be resolved. Problem was not resolved after several attempts exactly 18 months of attempts. When I tried to cancel they were great, because I has sick and they offered to cancel my contract for a fee of $150.00. No problem cancel the contract! Two days later I received a text stating the customer service department was reaching out to proceed with my cancellation. I lost it and contacted the attorney general in Ohio. This company needs investigated.

    Terrible experience. No matter when you call or who you speak with English is not their first language. I tried to reschedule an appointment and the customer service rep who said she could reschedule the appointment needed to put me on hold several times to find out when they could reschedule. Despite terrible results, the company will not allow you to stop the service for ANY reason. Luckily, I am only required to have one more service before I can cancel. However, I know that will probably be a chore. I would definitely shop around. If a door to door salesman comes to the store, DO NOT ANSWER. The salesman was smooth as silk and convinced me this was a good service. It is not.
