    Parked in free 2 hour parking at a retail complex. Was there only 1 hour as that was the timing of my appointment, yet received a ticket. Disputed it and the only response was that I mustve been there longer. ******************.

    If they are going to ticket for parking in a spot that clearly has no signage around, telling you its a pay to park lot, they should not be allowed to do this! Bordeing on racketeering.

    Sorry for your parking experience. We do attempt to put signs in visible areas, especially each entrance and exit, but do not put signs in each parking space for various operational reasons.

    Do not park near n any lot covered by this service. They will ticket you for going 5 minutes over your time, especially if the lot is empty! The fine is 25 if you don’t pay in 2 weeks and goes up after that. I understand if it was a busy night but on none busy times they are money hungry! The will deny any dispute because they want your money. They don’t even send a text when your time is almost up to offer to extend your time

    Sorry you feel that way about the lot we MANAGE. We do utilize ParkMobile for the payment application, which is also used by the City of Columbus, and the app does indeed have a feature where a notification is sent leading into the expiration.

    Their tickets should tell you they charge additional fees to pay online that are unusually higher than other companies. Seems deceptive especially since the areas they seem to service are for younger folks who may be on a fixed income.

    Mr. Morris, We utilize a 3rd Party Vendor for the online portal and I thought they did give the notification about the "convenient" fee but I will follow up with them. We do provide a self-addressed envelope to mail payment in as well.

    It should be illegal to charge $25-$50 fee without enough signs for people to see its a PAY LOT!! And you cant get ahold of anyone! This seems like a big scam. We didn't see any signs when I parked near the restaurant. And we come back out we have a parking Violation?? Hummmm.... what a joke! GET SOME SIGNS!! Look at your horrible reviews. Get your business together and make it fair.

    Good Afternoon, We do place signs at each ingress/egress point of a parking area we manage as it is not realistic to place a sign in every parking stall, drive lane or sidewalk. As for the violation fee, and a smaller business, we periodically check other parking company fees and the City of Columbus and try to be lesser amount.     Your parking lot attendant behind The Avenue restaurant in Grandview needs to be fired. I was issued a parking violation ticket at 5:25 pm on 12/27/23. This time was 25 min after I paid $10 on the Park Mobile app to park for 4hrs until 9:00 pm. I complained to the manger at The Avenue (****) and she said this happens to paying customers all of the time. I will register this complaint to the Wagonbrenner Group who owns the lot. Grandview is losing my business. *** *

    I believe this was resolved? It was my understanding an incorrect license plate was entered into the ParkMobile App., which is a 3rd Party App also utilized by the City of Columbus.
