    Dont trust or waste your time with this company. I should have known from the beginning that it was not going to work out very well since it took almost 3 months to get someone to respond to our inquiry for a new install. Once we finally did get a sales person to make contact with us they were professional enough in the beginning, however after multiple months of discussions, them looking at the project and coming on site, getting third-party bids for the materials of the gate, etc. *********** sent an email that theyre not able to fulfill our request. I quote the response was we cannot handle your project given the current climate of our company Im not sure what thats all about, but we wasted almost the entire summer season to get that response.
