    I have used this company several times with no problem. Always got my rebate within 1-3 days. I recently purchased over $100 in wines, each one offering a Bybe rebate through Target Circle. Today is day 14 and no rebate has come through. I emailed the support address with screen shots of all my purchases and a copy of the receipt included. Waited days and sent in a second email. No response from the company. I will no longer be purchasing wines from ******

    I have used the company for a second time for an online rebate. The first time, I did the process the email has you do to receive the rebate, and I chose to receive it through PayPal. I never got it and reached out to their customer service with no response. I tried the company again for another online email, did the process through email, and once again have not received my rebate. I have since reached out to consider service once again and am waiting for a response. .
