    I had hired you guys to come out and program a new key to my husbands car. First off, I was not told that there was a $25 service call fee or that there would be no warranty on the key fob that I had bought. Our appointment time was set for 2pm-4pm. I got a text at around 10:06 am stating that there was a cancellation and that they could come early. When I asked what time, the response was now. They said the tech said they could be there in 30-40 mins. When I didn't hear anything after 45 mins I texted asking if they were on their way. I was told that there was a hold up and that they would definitely be there shortly and they would let me know 15 min before they arrive. That was around 11:15am. When I didn't hear from anything I reached back out at 1:16 pm asking for an update. They then texted be back and said that the tech would be there at 2:30pm. Some one called me at 3:29 pm stating that the tech would be at my location in 30 mins. I left work a half hour early to get to where my husbands car was located. I arrived around 4pm and sat there for an additional 13 min before I called to check on where the tech was. The guy I spoke with said the tech would be there in 2 mins. He arrive around 5 mins later. When the tech got there he was sniffling wiping his nose with his hands and clearing his throat the whole time.

    Didn't do good buisness with me and was disrespectful during phone conversation. Just had them do a key fab about two months ago and key was faulty from the beginning.

    The company was hired to come out and replace a lock. The company poorly replaced the lock, leaving entry and accessing our dwelling through this door easily achievable. We feel this was done intentionally and by design. Others need to avoid this company at all costs! The owner refused to provide his name, became very aggressive when asked about fixing the poorly installed lock on our front door, and made us fear for our safety. This company should not be in business as they have fraudulent business practices and provide very poor quality of work, customer service, and are extremely unreliable. I thoroughly question if they keep keys for themselves in order to further attempt to rip off other unsuspecting customers. Additional remedies are being sought to bring this company to justice for their fraudulent practices.
