    Came out to make a key, unsuccessful, and found my original keys, went to start it, wont start, had 3 other locksmiths and 2 mechanics tell me, ***** the tech unlearned the keys to my car and messed up the programming, i have missed work, im a single mom, when trying to let them know what they did, they are refusing my calls ..

    To Whom It May Concern. Like we tried to explain to the customer before he started yelling, threatening and cursing, we weren’t able to connect to his vehicle computer. Therefore we couldn’t mess up nothing like the customer claims. 
    Now we take every customer complaint very seriously but there’s a limit of what we can fix and if we cannot even connect to the vehicle computer there’s nothing we can do more. We charged the customer 80$ which is for the service call, parts and labor (technician drove more then 40 min and spend at least 2 hours working on customer vehicle). We take pride of what we do and to show for more than 900 5 stars reviews we got on Google, all real nothing fake like some other companies would get. We’ve been in business for 8 years and 4 years with the Google guarantee green badge. We’re 100% local and even our phone service is local. Again we’re very sorry that we couldn’t complete the service that was requested but then again there’s a limit of what we can fix. Also once a customer starts yelling or cursing or we feel that technician can be in danger we immediately stop any business relations we had with the client. 
    Pls let me know what actions we can further take to resolve this issue. We can get the customer his money back but with all due respect I don’t think that’s fair. But we 100% do not take any responsibility about any issues customer had with the vehicle prior to our visit like I explained after we’ve made the key when trying to program it we couldn’t connect to the vehicle computer therefore I don’t see how we could cause the problem mentioned by customer. The job requested is very simple and we do hundreds of it a year.

    ***** ***** called BBB and left a voice mail. BBB returned call and consumer said she has not heard back from the business, even though they initially apologized but said owner was out of the country and they would make it right when he returned. She said that was almost 2 weeks ago.

    I am rejecting this response because: my car ran fine until the locksmith came out and tried to bypass the antitheft and disconnected the security module to my car, thats why he was unsuccessful with cutting a key, i had to have it towed to the chevy dealer for them to solve the problem .. when they hooked back up the security module, my key worked fine... I have reciepts and written statements from the dealer, other locksmith, key technician, tow truck , all to back my complaint . It cost me 920 dollars to get my car back to the way it was before ruben from eb locksmith screwed it up... A lady told me the owner was gonna make this right and they are once again avoiding my calls ..

    Installer quoted me a price of $250 then charged $350. Did a poor job and gave keys to my stalker.

    I had to give the young guy a piece of paper to write me a receipt. I will mail a copy for you to review. ****** ******** works at TMobile and she's is in a gang. They have been following me. The stalker is her son who has been my stalker for 8 years. While he was in jail, his mom ******'s boyfriend took over and killed my cats. 

    The guy that came out, ****, that did the locks. He is a friend of the guy who is stalking me. The guy who is stalking me has hacked my phone. Right after the locks were changed, the stalker came back into the house. He has a key to my house. When we moved in the house in December, we had new locks put in. The guy who put the new locks in, put the keys in the mailbox and my neighbor/stalker stole the keys out of the locks and made copies. I have had the police come out six times. The police don't believe that my neighbor has broken into my house. My neighbor/stalker has stolen items.My neighbor/stalker set up an online account and has access to my phone and internet. I have reported this to the FBI as well almost every day.

    I called EB Locksmiths. **** answered the phone. Told me $250 to do 3 locks. He was young and blonde. Said his parent was British cause I asked about his accent.

    He told me he didn't have receiopts so I gave him paper. I was willing to accept his poor job until stalker got a copy of the keys. He gave me 5 keys, one was missing. H wrote the wrong date on the receipt.
