      This place is the most unprofessional we have ever worked with. From the staff to no or very delayed responses. Wish we weren’t this far in. Warning to take your money elsewhere!!

      Absolutely horrible experience! Took my money then attempted to charge even more with no results! Will not return any calls just refuses to speak with me.

      Came to *********** for help in 2019 as I was handed a sales tax assessment from the ** from a closed down business from years before and he told me not to contest it as I only had ************************************************** compromise. He gave me the run around for years saying its impossible to get them to answer and just keep paying for services with nothing gettin accomplished. I recently got new job w better pay and want to pay the attorney general something reasonable I can pay off and he said I could now offer another offer in compromise to them and he needed 4k retainer instead of the first retainer of 2k plus working on it fees. I asked for a final review before submission so I can make sure its a good and organized offer. A few months later he sent me a denial from the ** which I called you and you told me that its from a previous submission and Im not able to do an offer at this time to which I replied why did you tell me I can submit an offer if I dont qualify. I said okay lets just get refund since you cant help me. I figured you would have spent little time on it but he gave me $1000 back and kept 3k he got nothing accomplished whatsoever. I came to you for help and I feel as if I have got the run around with not even a little bit of results. I feel like I got scammed out of money. I ask for fairness in this situation and Request a refund of my money.
