    I just spoke to a lady who was very rude. She yelled at me and told me I was doing my payments wrong. She called me sensitive and disrespectful and put me on hold like I was a child. This lady should not be in any customer service role. She asked me a question and when I would try to answer she would talk over me and tell me I could not speak until she finished, and that to go ahead and keep paying the payments I was making the way I was and that she would note the account and report to the ******************************. She threatened to take money out of my bank account today. This lady then proceeds to belittle me several times and yell at me before hanging up on me.
