    Had a call today from a Ms. B**** from +* ***** ******** from this “company” Threatening my husband and I with legal action due to unpaid back state taxes. She said she had our social security numbers to prove that she was legit when I accused her of being a scam. She was screaming at me, called me a few names and I finally had to hang up. Funny thing is she mentioned my husband too but my husband has never gotten these calls. We also have never gotten statements from the state of ohio or attorney generals office. We also do not have collections on our credit reports as we have two systems that watch our credit reports in case of fraud, etc. We do not owe any back taxes of anything. My husband called the attorney general and taxation board and they said it has to be a scammer as we do not owe any of them anything. This Ms. B**** said we owed the “Attorney General” and needed to pay today. The attorney general have their own way of collection anyways. They do not go outside to get collectors to call. This needs investigated as it shows it’s a legitimate company but many have said these are scammers.

    Our office has been appointed as Special Counsel to the Ohio Attorney General to perform collections work for the State of Ohio.  This debtor called our office and hung up after insisting we were a scam and  hurling several derogatory, racist slurs at my collector.  Debtor's husband called back later and apologized for his wife's behavior saying she was "having a bad day."   After my collector explained the debt and the circumstances surrounding the debt, husband said that he would get the required paperwork filed.
