2 starsI am very frustrated with Nex Green I have had them for several years and was somewhat satisfied but this season has been difficult I have called several times in reporting that I had grubs which was a service that I paid extra to have. My landscaper ,the person who cuts my grass and the tree company that removed a tree said that I had a serious grub problem.. The technician came out and treated a small area he said that they were baby grubs and I needed to water. I did water faithly for several days till it rained. I I told him they pointed out other areas and he said I didn't have any other areas. He was rather abrupt and was not very nice in so many words blaming me for the problem. I wish you could see my back yard. I am a senior and feel they are not addressing the problem. It is awful . I had a large gathering of black crows attack my yard and it in a huge mess. I was very vigilant when I was made aware of the situation . I am very frustrated . I contacted them a couple days ago. The woman who answered the phone was not very nice I tried to explain my problem and she basically didn't want to hear it. Did not ask my name or address her response was just water. I highly recommend Nexgreen. Our grass has never looked better. Also, the customer service is beyond the normal. Our tech has always gone out of his way to give his expertise on issues. There is a real sense of caring because you are paying for a service.NexGreen

Great Company! I told my technician theyre like the Chick-Fil-a of ********** Truly a company to brag about. I look forward to each and every one of my treatments, not only because of the great results but for the fact that every time Mikai comes out I can get a good laugh as well!
