      what we got from hail from our insurance broker to adjuster , inspection company to customer services whoever involved or I talk to , each person was awesome and helpful. take little time but its understandable and acceptable. because nothing fixes in a heartbeat. I wanna say thank you for all.

      I was involved in an accident with the person being insured through Grange.I had no clue as to how to go about handling the claim.I thank The Lord for *******************!She was kind, patient, concerned, helpful and sent by the Lord for our time of need.**** D

      had water damage mother's day. contacted the office on monday. adjuster contacted me and came out to see the damage. very happy with how all of this has been handled. got the money to take care of everything within a day. would highly recommend grange insurance to everyone. this is the first claim i have ever had to file. very easy.***** g

      On May 3, 2022, two different properties that I own suffered extensive damage from a hailstorm as did most of my neighbors. The adjuster who handled the claim for my own residence reached out to me immediately after my claim had been filed. He was personal, extremely thoughtful & considerate, articulate, efficient, and completed the claim in a very timely manner. I cannot thank him enough for his excellent service. I am, at this time, waiting on the decision in regard to my other property.

      This was the first and best experience a 1st home buyer could ever experience. We bought the home and a few months later a tree fell on the house during a wind storm. It was horrifying and disappointing, but Grange insurance stepped right in on the beat and sent out one of the most experienced, professional, efficient representation to assist in processing the claim. *** know exactly what it took to get the process started. It was a very stressful situation being out of a home with two small kids, a dog, and being 6 months pregnant. *** with Grange made sure my family and I was accommodated vey well. He made a depressed situation a breeze. I didnt have to worry about anything and everything was covered. My house is restored and as good as new. It was a long 8-9 months to complete but its finally done and we can finally enjoy our new home. Thanks *** for being so awesome and thanks Grange insurance for moving so promptly.       When a tornado destroyed our families RV business, I was so worried that the insurance would be a headache and a huge burden on us. But that was the furthest thing from the truth. Grange contacted us immediately and went to work to help us get everything paid for in a timely manner. They made the process as seamless as possible, made the claim payments quickly, and have been so helpful anytime we needed their assistance.
