      Our Grange adjuster was very professional and responsive. He supplied us with answers as we moved through the claim process. He gave us the opportunity to submit add'l information relative to additional costs and treated us fairly in processing those additional costs.       If I could leave a 10 star review I would. Our adjuster ****, went over and above with his help. He was always reachable and helped walk us through the process of filing a basement flood claim. Turned the worst day of our lives into a less scary and uncertain time.
