The billing department is terrible. Unfortunately, i have to get infusions, and they were supposed to take from a copay card. The billing person canceled my copay card, leaving me unable to get my medication and left with a high charge from 2023 that I was told last year was convered.I have contacted the billing department, and they've done nothing. ****, the gentleman i spoke withhas managed to s**** everything up to the worst possible situation and canceled my copay card, yes, his name is **** and he shouldbe fired. They refuse to do anything to help and keep saying they'll call me back, and they have not done so. On top of that, every mychart message I send gets read, but no response. Your billing team is terrible. I would recommend going to a different health system.

I was told by a social worker at this facility that it wasn’t their job to find a safe, secure facility for my family member who did not need OP or PT. I was also told several times by this same social worker that they just wanted to get my family member out of their facility. This both confused and angered me. Isn’t this where my family member should have been seeing that they were unable to be in her home, alone? How is it not the social worker’s job to find a safe, secure place for a family member that has dementia and cannot be home alone anymore? I understand that the family member wasn’t technically “ill” to be in a hospital but that’s is where her primary physician sent her. Isn’t dementia an “illness”? So, medically, isn’t that where they should be? I will not have anything to do with this facility in the future.

They can't figure out what's wrong with me. Unable to provide services they bill for. Turns a vast profit annually but does not pay taxes. Whole thing is a racket. Stay as far away from this money machine as you can.

From the information that i have researched and found, MYCHART health care providers are sharing my information with other health care organizations. The health care providers are reading private information about me thats been provided by other organizations, doctors/nurse/receptionist etc....then using the information to make a decision against me, especially in a way that I consider unfair. Due to the fact that I am unable to defend myself. Example: I had a doctor that ive never seen before by referral, tell me "After looking in MYCHART you are on to much medicatin and therefore, I can not see you. Im sending back your referral." I had a second doctor tell me, "I looked in MYCHART and I see you have a card, IM sorry, I cant help you". 3rd doctor said, do to a treatment you had at the er, mychart states that i can not give you ANY kind of medicine. I do not want my information shared with any one at any time with out my consent. Disappointed

I have been making payments monthly on labs done at OSU. I have been making payments of $100 or more each month. My final payment was due in October and OSU has submitted my payment request to a 3rd party collector rather than billing me. I would understand if no payments had been made but this was not the case. OSU physicians and those working at the hospital are all very nice but the patient accounts leaves much to be desired. I was under the impression as long a monthly payments were made I would not be subjected to 3rd party collection. I even asked for paper bills to be sent.
