      On January 30 2024 I request for an inspection on a new house I would be buying and moving into. I even got a second inspection thats I had to pay for to make sure everything would be good to move in. This company is suppose to provided accurate detailed, Check for imperfections in products, such as cuts, scratches, or missing pieces. They may also verify that parts fit, move correctly, and are properly lubricated. The primary goal of quality control inspections is to meet customer requirements and prevent defective products from being distributed. After moving in for 5 month I had to get an electrician to come out and tell me there are wrong parts, wires are incorrect , its a safety hazard. I could have burn on fire because I wasnt informed that my electric is high risk. I was also informed by the home warranty electrician that the house should not be on because it may start a fire. I had to come out of pocket to get this incident fix because I could no go another day feeling that I might be light on fire. I request two inspections and Im still getting run over. My dispute is to get refunded back from the inspector but also the amount of money I had to come outta pocket. I also added all the picture and document.

      We identified several issues with the electrical system in the inspection report. We identified fire hazards and safety hazards.  We recommend that contractors be utilized prior to closing to provide repair estimates.

      All of that is in the report. These issues were also on the summary report, such as the frayed service entrance, the undersized wire

      If our recommendations were followed, the costs would have been known well before looking into it 5 months later.
