      purchased home in 2021 new build, Carpet looks to be 10 yrs old and they request that I have it lean, I has been clean twice and it looks horrible. They have not said anything about wood floors separating, out water faucet sprays water from the top. they said I have to pay for this because it's not under the warranty. I said you knew it was broken when you put the grass down, beside who turns on the water in the winter. This has truly been a night mare. Rite rug states its the builders and the boulders state its Rite Rugs. I don't care who is to blame I just want it fixed. Master tub has a ***** missing that they covered up with dry wall. basement step has a long crake going across and the step is weak, not to mention I fell down then and broke my foot and had to have surgery. this has been going on since April 2022. Let ******** they will not respond to emails or calls.
