      They lure you in with good prices and let you order items that aren’t in stock. They don’t notify you or cancel the order until you ask for an update, which seems predatory. If you’re buying as a gift, expect to get left hanging empty handed with little notice. Looks like I’m not the only one. Be skeptical of the thousands of positive reviews online.

      On behalf of my grandma: I love Crystal Classics. They always seem to have exactly what I need (plus some). Any time I need a gift, set to impress, they are my first stop. Plus, I love that they have REAL people to talk to.. They are always so nice and helpful!!

      Beware especially if you use a coupon they tell you the order is delayed over seas. Never received item 3 months later.Had to cancel and scramble for a gift .

      Ordered dinner set back in March. Still waiting for the order to arrive...They do not update the buyer about the status, which makes me so concerned. Hopefully, I get what I ordered soon. I do not recommend this vendor if you need your order within a reasonable timeframe.
