    I recently applied for a position at Sage Electronics through Indeed, where the job was advertised at $19 per hour. However, shortly after being contacted for an interview, the job post was mysteriously removed and the hourly rate was reduced to $18. Upon attending the interview, I was informed by Jeeb Gulistani that the pay rate would actually be $15-16 per hour, despite having relevant tech experience and a college degree. This experience was extremely disappointing and a complete waste of time. It is highly unethical for a company to bait applicants with a higher pay rate, only to drastically reduce it during the interview process. As a job seeker, it is important to feel valued and respected by potential employers, and this kind of behavior from Sage Electronics is unacceptable. I would caution other job seekers to be wary of applying to positions at Sage Electronics, as their lack of transparency and integrity in their hiring practices is concerning. It is essential for companies to be honest and upfront with candidates about job details, including pay rates, to ensure a fair and respectful recruitment process.

    I ordered a used, Samsung Galaxy Active 2 smartwatch from Sage, back in early November 2022. I received the watch, and the ban it came with, proceeded to immediately disconnect from one side, once I got it snapped around my arm. I am not happy about this.

    When Sage sent me the wrong laptop, they said they would replace it. They said they would call but never did. I called them repeatedly over a period of a week, they kept making promises but didn't keep them. Finally, the head of customer care, *************************, offered a "concession" $50 off if I kept the one they sent me. I asked what the value of the one they sent was & she said $50 less than the one I ordered. In other words, the concession was to give me the money they already owed me. I was finally able to get a refund, though I wanted to buy a laptop. The whole transaction was a ridiculous, dissatisfying, frustrating waste of time. Their customer service is absurd, stupid & uninformed about their own products
