I called for my toilet/shower backing up and my sink not properly draining. Their technician ***** came to the house, was there for less than an hour and sent us an invoice for cabling the main line & left stating everything was draining when I left However my tenant said the sink was not properly draining before he left. She said it was draining extremely slow. I called the company & tried to talk to ***** but he was not taking any responsibility. The tenants verified they never used the bathroom again as we requested until my husband evaluated the work next day and have not used it since. We then called back about and this company said they are sorry would come back and take a look. They then charged us an additional $200 just cable the line and say main line is collapsed. The technician never cameraed the line and just rushed and assumed he cleared the line the first time and then again did not properly assess the pipe before claiming the pipe collapsed. We wanted to use this company for bigger jobs and this is absolutely unethical. This company lacks ******************* needs to be addressed. They charge more then most other companies which is fine because of their quick response but quick response should not degrade the quality of work.

This customer was explained the charges up front and agreed to the work performed. The main drain line was clogged. We cleared the main line and tested the fixtures in the bathroom. Our technician did not test the kitchen sink at the time. Which we typically do. The kitchen sink was backed up, likely due from when the main line backed up and left remnants. We went back out the next day and cleared the kitchen sink line. Our technician recommended a sewer scope to make sure that the line was open completely and there were no signs of collapse. This customer refused the sewer scope. We do not offer any warranty on a sewer line with out a sewer scope. We ended up refunding the cost of the kitchen sink drain cleaning, as we felt the tech should have been more thorough on the initial service. It still would have been additional charges though. This was also a rental situation, so communication through phone calls and tenant may have played a role. We do feel we made every attempt to provide thorough, quality, and fair service for this customer.Review fromSarah Y R

5 starsEveryone That Came To The House Was Very Friendly And Professional. We Had A Lot Of Work That Needed To Be Done And This Company (John, Ben And Everyone That Was Involved) Went Into Our Very Small Crawl Space And Resolved Our Interior/Exterior Drain Problems. We Are Very Happy With The Results And My Husband Was Entertained For A Few Hours Watching The Excavators Dig Up And Then Bury The New Pipes In Our Front Yard.
