    BBB took a complaint over the phone. Below is the voice to text voicemail description

    ****** ********* ###-###-####. This is regarding Columbus Drain Solutions, LLC. On January 10th, the floor in my bedroom was jackhammered up. The dirt was taken out and put on the floor in my bedroom while they tried to connect pipes so I could have water since I had a water line leak in the yard. They did not fill the hole in, nor get the pipes connected until February 4th. I'm still waiting for this to be finished. I need dirt taken out. I need cement put in. I need the job finished. I'm a cancer patient. I need to be able to sleep in my own bed. I haven't been able to use the bedroom since January. I want the job completed.

    This company was assigned by ****** **** ******** to fix my leaking shower. They came to my house, charged me $75, then never discovered the problem. The technician assured me he would be back with a leak detection kit to diagnose the problem. He never came back and nobody will respond to any form of contact. It's been two weeks and I can't even get a response. I want my $75 back so I can contact a qualified plumber to do the job that "Quality" Drain Solutions refuses to do.

    We were sent out by his warranty company. The leak was not present at time of arrival. We collected his $75 deductible. We refunded his $75 deductible. We had scheduled to come back for more in depth leak search. He canceled the appointment. All money was refunded on this .

    They did refund my $75. However, their claim of coming back for a "more in depth leak search" is a lie. They created a fake diagnosis and wanted to charge $975 to fix an imaginary problem. They have no problem scamming people. I hope this is public. Thank God for BBB. Otherwise, Quality Drain Solutions would be scamming people right and left. 


    I accept the business's response to resolve this complaint.
