    Regarding delivery of my hot tub cover: I just went outside (I have been home all day – it is raining here in Michigan) Laying flat on driveway is the carton with my hot tub cover. No advance delivery notification. No attempt to ring my door bell or knock. No opportunity to sign a delivery receipt or inspect the contents. It was just lying there in my driveway soaked from the rain. I brought the carton into my dry garage. The bottom of the carton was busted open. The top flap of the carton was opened and the staples broken loose. The plastic bag that was supposed to protect the cover was off and to the side The bag of tie down hardware was open and missing most parts. This delivery company is terrible.

    BUYER BEWARE OF THIS DELIVERY COMPANY. Said show up between 10-2 and finally at 732pm they called me saying they were 20 mins out. I said just leave it infront of the door and he refused to bring it up 2 flights of steps as we live in a condo which they knew upfront. Trying to get it rescheduled or even get a hold of someone myself or going through Lowes is ridiculous and was never able to reach anyone either by phone, text, or email. This company is horrible. Avoid them at all costs
