Subject: Delivery Issue and Improper Charges by Need It Now Delivers Dear Better Business Bureau,I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding Need It Now Delivers for improper handling of my appliance delivery and subsequent unjustified charges. On December 9, 2024, I, ***** ********, purchased an appliance set from *** Appliance for $2,697.84. Upon placing the order, I included specific instructions for the appliance to be delivered to the rear door of my home. On January 7, 2025, I paid an additional $199 for in-home delivery through Need It Now Delivers, the company contracted for the *********** ensure smooth delivery, I complied with their request to send a video confirming an open and accessible path to the rear of my home. Despite this, the delivery workers refused to complete the delivery as requested, left with my appliance, and later informed me that I must pay an additional $253 for redelivery. This situation is unacceptable for the following reasons:1. When I purchased the appliance, the website advertised free delivery, which contradicts the additional charges Ive already paid.2. The additional $199 paid for in-home delivery should have covered the service I requested.3. I provided all necessary information, including a video showing an open path, as requested by the company.4. Charging an additional $253 for redelivery after failing to complete the initial delivery is both unethical and unreasonable.I request that Need It Now Delivers:1. Waive the $253 redelivery fee.2. Complete the delivery of my appliance to the rear door of my home, as originally instructed. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I may pursue further action to ensure accountability.Thank you for your attention to this matter.Sincerely,***** ******** ********** *************************

I have purchased furniture from ******** Gold 7-28-23. August 30th 2023 a day b fore my delivery scheduled Need it now delivery left me voicemail saying they they cant deliver because ******** Gold file d bankruptcy and they need to get ok from the court to release my merchandise. I understand that and have been calling for updates but was only able to speak to need it now employee twice after that I have been leaving voicemails for months with no answer. For a long time now the court approved the release of the furniture for all ******** Gold furniture yet yet Need it now delivers did not make any attempts to contact me to have my furniture delivered. After almost a year of struggle to contact with them I sent message to the corporate office. They responded to me and said that they only were able to locate one piece of my furniture (console) but the other one (table thy couldnt find. I told they they had both of my pieces of furniture at their warehouse as they were ready to be delivered before the bankruptcy occurred.I told them I want that one peace of furniture delivered and for the other I need them to compensate me for since they were the ones that lost or stolen it. *** said they will not compensate me for the missing furniture saying ai can ask the credit company to issue me refund but Can deliver that one piece or I can pick it up myself the other one. Once again I have been asking to deliver my furniture but now they once again stopped responding to my emails. I need they to deliver my console at their expense and compensate me for the other lost or stolen item.

A treadmill was ordered from Proform and paid for on March 24, 2024. I paid $199 extra for White Glove delivery because my husband is a disabled Veteran and I am unable to pick up 228 pounds. They informed me by email it would be delivered with 2 - 3 weeks. I was initially informed by Need It Now (the contracted delivery company) that the item would be delivered on April 20th. They texted the day before delivery to say it was postponed until April 27th. Although they were supposed to text me a 4-hour delivery window the night before, I heard nothing. The next day (delivery day) still nothing. I finally found a website with tracking and it showed it was out for delivery and that it was scheduled to be delivered between 9 pm and 1 am (yes, at night!). No one called, texted, or showed. Finally found some contact info online and spoke with someone on Monday the 29th who said the delivery person had a health issue and someone should have called, but didn’t. She scheduled it for May 4th and indicated someone would text the day before with a delivery window. Just got a text today saying it’s now scheduled for Monday the 6th(again between 9 pm and 1 am)! Called the same woman as before, went to voicemail. I’m pretty sure she previously told me they don’t deliver here on Monday so I have zero faith it will be here then. Proform said I can’t get a refund for the white glove delivery but did offer me a 10% discount. I stated I wanted a full refund but they told me there is a $250 restocking fee - hilarious that they expect me to pay them for their bad service/delivery. Since a refund is out of the question, I just want the treadmill delivered to me now with refund of the $199 for the hassle. Health issues and whatever other problems this company has is not MY problem. I want the equipment that I paid nearly $1800.00 for 6 weeks ago.
