On 10/26/20 I had a Dr. appointment and for some reason the insurance was denied. I straightened all of this out. Spoke with the health care provider and had the claims resubmitted and paid. Now 2 years later Revco is trying to collect a debt they purchased from ******* ******* *****. I spoke with Revco last week and gave them the updated information now for the 2nd time. They were supposed to resubmit the claim to the insurance company. I received another letter from stating the Insurance applied-balance is deductible, copay, or coinsurance. There is no way they received anything back from the insurance company that quickly. I normally takes 6 months for the insurance to respond. They didn't even try to contact the insurance company. I have a letter stating that I am not responsible for the charges which I have attached. The one dated 10/26/20 was for $507.52. This company practices shady business as you can tell with all the complaints that have been filed. I don't want this to hit my credit report. This is not something that I am responsible for and have documentation to say so. This all happened during Covid and is still a mess 2 years later.Business Response

Revco Solutions, Inc. is attempting to collect a debt that I do not owe. I have never signed a contract nor have I ever received any credit or services from Revco Solutions, Inc. They continue to send intimidating letters with an attempt to collect money from me. On March 30, 2022 I sent Revco a certified letter requesting validation of debt and a letter from the alleged original debtor Massey stating they are collecting the alleged amount of $444.31 on their behalf and asked to receive the requested within 15 days of the date of the letter. I received a response on May 12th. The response does not include the requested information and does not meet the burden of proof. As of today, May 27, 2022, this debt is not on my credit file, but I have asked REVCO to stop contacting unless they can validate this debt. I continue to receive letters. They provided me with 3 pages, 1. A typed document listing dates and supposed charges which read page 28 of 41 (dated 3/3/22 but I requested proof on 3/30) but there are no additional pages included nor is this on the alleged previous debtors letterhead, and no POC is identified. 2. A blank page, and 3. The identical letter from one of the first letters received. This debt is further disputed. If Revco continues to contact me without meeting the burden listed in the certified letter they signed for, I will seek legal counsel and sue for harassment.Business Response

- I requested validation and disputed this account on 3/30 why would validation have been sent 3/3/22.
- REVCO mentions that they sent a letter to my home address addressed to Mr. ****. Who is Mr. ****? In the event that a letter was sent to my home with that name, it most definitely would have been returned, however it was not.
- REVCO's minimal at best attempt of validation was received in May, well after the 15 day requested response I requested in the original letter.
- REVCO mentions they have not received additional communication but a second certified letter was indeed sent to REVCO which to date has not been accepted although I have receipt showing it was mailed.
I appreciate that REVCO, who I should stress I never had an account with, has closed the fictitious file.Regards,
