If you are a small business, do not every use them for your payroll needs. Unfortunately, they are extremely difficult to get a hold of. If you have any problems or questions, they send you around person to person until you get frustrated and just hang up. They give you a personal account rep to get you set up and from there, you no longer mean anything to them. We are seasonal and were told before signing on board that we would only be charged during the primary working months and not in the off season months. This was guaranteed by the rep before we signed on. Once we did, they went back on their word. It was like a bait and switch. After more than a year of issues, we decided to go with a smaller more personal payroll business and it was the best move we made for our small business The icing on the cake with closing out of ****** was that they send you a final bill 6 weeks after closing your account to say you owe them a Convenience Fee for closing the account. They actually call it a Closing convenience fee. How is is this convenient for a business owner?I am just appalled and would never refer this company to anyone else. They are only for the big businesses and scam money out of the small ones with multiple fees, etc.

This service is terrible. There is no app or website to keep track of your money. My case manager is difficult to get in contact with. They do not pay my bills on time as well. I do Not recommend their services to anyone. It is very frustrating.

Thank you for your comment. PayCo is a non profit voluntary organizational payee. You are correct, we do not have an app or website to keep track of client benefits. This is because we are not a banking institution. Our sole job is to accept funds on behalf of our clients from the Social Security Administration, manage those benefits with a specific software and to pay client bills and give spending money. However, every individual who uses our services has a specific 'Account Manager' assigned to their case. Clients may call their Account Manager during our normal working hours and obtain whatever documentation they would like regarding their account. We are able to communicate this verbally, via email, via US postal service or fax. We would love to have an app to serve our clients, that would be amazing but as a non profit, we do not have the liberty to onboard such a luxury. Instead, we have a team of individuals employed by us to answer the phones and get you what you need. Regarding paying bills late, ,I have reviewed this account and it appears the only bill we pay for this individual is rent. I have researched the rent payments and all is in order with the landlord and the timeliness of the rent payments being received. In addition to this information, I have discovered that this individual has called and spoken with our staff often this month. They have requested additional funds for spending money but has not mentioned any late payment or missed payments of bills, only wanting more spending money. If there is an issue, please feel free to talk this out with us directly. We do rely on our clients to work together with us so that it can be a successful experience. We try to involve our clients as much as possible in making decisions about their Social Security benefits as we can, but understand there are limitations according to federal policy on how this money can be spent as well as specific rules regarding properly managing beneficiaries benefits that comply with the rules and regulations of the Social Security Administration.

For 4 months my rent was late and almost was evicted. They had ALL my bills being paid late! I had to personally make sure my bills were being paid! I also had to get on PIPP to keep my electric from being shut off! One month I did not receive my checks until past halfway through the month! They do not do a very good job of taking care of my bills or being a proper payee!

We have been in touch with his client today. In reviewing the account there’s some confusion about late payment of anything as all bills have continually been paid every month on time without fail. In calling the client to seek resolution, the client stated that he was ‘having a bad day’, and no longer felt this way about our services. we did review the account with the client for accuracy and double checked that everything was in good, current standing as well as functioning to the client’s expectations. We always welcome our clients to give us a call if/when there is a question. We had no previous complaints prior to this review and were assured by the client today, that all is well. Having a payee can be stressful, we understand that. However, we welcome our clients input and feedback to try and create a respectful and positive experience.
