Okay payco is my payee and I pay my bills they refuse to pay my ****** **** bill and they refuse to give me my money that's left over after paying my bills

      Business Response

      Mr. ****,

Please contact the PayCo office directly for questions on your account. There seems to be some confusion as our Support Team has reviewed your account and see that your ********** bill is being paid every month. It is confirmed that you send this bill to us each month, please be aware that it is more advantageous to have your bill mailed directly to our office for a faster turn around time for payment (see our policies and procedures for further explanation). If there is money left after your bills have been paid for the month, we have also reviewed that it is being released to you. Keep in mind that we are obligated to ensure all of your bills are paid each month prior to releasing additional funds outside of your normal, monthly discretionary spending. There are several entries dating back to January showing the balance of your account was released to you once all of your bills were paid. We understand that having a payee can be frustrating and our primary responsibility is to pay all of your bills and give you spending money as your budget allows. The funds being described in this complaint are funds that are outside of the normal, monthly spending money Mr. **** receives. This is technically money reserved for bills and IF the monthly bills do not absorb all of the funds, the remaining can be released and has been, when available. If a meeting with the assigned Account Manager is desired, please contact us so we can review your account together and answer any questions. Thank you.

Thank you for reaching out. I have checked in with my staff on this situation and the check in question was mailed out to you the day it was requested. It should arrive any day. Unfortunately, we do not have control of the postal service delivering mail within a specific time frame. We offer paycards as a faster option for receiving money, please reach out to our office and speak with a representative to find out more about this option. Regarding the change in staff, PayCo is the payee for your benefits. We have multiple customer service representatives that can assist with any business you need from us. We did not announce that the staff member in question left as it will have no effect on the services we provide. It would be the equivalent of a bank teller leaving a bank. The bank is still the institution for your funds but the representatives can change depending on various circumstances. You would not be notified that an employee left a customer service position, and although the staff is no longer with our company, there are several other staff members who are ready to assist. As you were made aware from our staff, our phones are off every Wednesday as that is the day we have staff following up with the Social Security Administration on various client questions, issues and necessary paperwork for clients to stay compliant to receive their monthly benefits. Wednesdays are reserved for ensuring we are on task. Our phones are on Mon, Tues, Thurs, and Fridays 9am to 3:30pm. In the event that you feel you are not receiving the service you are expecting, you can always reach out to our administrative team. As it stands, we do not see any issue. The 200.00 in question was mailed out as agreed with the client, the problem is with the postal service not delivering as quickly as the client wants. In the future, if you have questions or concerns, feel free to reach out to PayCo's administrative team who will assist with answering your questions or addressing your concerns. Thank you!
