      Huntington is charging me different fees and they are doing it without my knowledge of the fees. I was charged a $2 dollar fee for real time payments. I was also charged a $10 dollar fee on the business money market. I was not informed that I have to have a ****** in the money market account. Whenever I talk to huntington about this issue they refuse to help me resolve this problem. I think is not cool that they are charging these fees and want a refund .My other complaint is due to this $2 dollar fee charged affected my balance for the promotional offer went under ****** dollars.

      I had more than ****** in the bank account and the rest of the ***** dollars in the business money market. If I would have know that the balance was below $****** I would have transferred the money. Never in my life have I been charged this $2 dollar fee. What I am angry about is that because of the fees I might not get the promotional offer. Whenever I have called huntington to address this problem they tell me that the offer is still open.

      When I signed up for my account at no point was I informed about the $2 dollar fee. I have more than ****** in the money market and checking account. I am really upset that I have such a hard time because I was charged a $2 dollar fee to get the promotional offer.

      I believed I signed up for notifications and I am not receiving them. It seems they are just charging me the $2 dollars to not give me the promotional offer of ***** dollars. I am frustrated with these problems and no one is willing to help me. I did not open the account only for the promotional offer. I like that they have various banks, the app is great, and I am earning 4% interest on my personal account. The branches have good service also. It is the principle of the situation.

      Please fix these issues as I am very frustrated with the service I been provided and find it not cool that I am being charged these fees

      On February 26 I deposited a check into my buisness account.The next day the bank froze my buisness and personal because I was a risk and the check was altered. Removed me as a customer and stated that my funds would be released after the back office review along with a letter and explanation.

      March 28 got the letter no explanation and no funds.

      Now it's April 22 and Noone can tell me where my money is !!!!!

      I have gotten three different stories of where my funds COULD be. WHERE IS MY MONEY!!!! HUNTINGTON BANK are FRAUDSTERS!!!!!

      I deposited money in Huntington banks ATM yesterday in the amount of $900 $300 shot back out and the ATM said they could not read the bills then it sat on a spin cycle for four minutes and then it said please contact the institution for your protection And then did not deposit the 600 into my account but took it.

      I could not call 800 number because they were not open at so I called bank in morning and when I called the bank in morning, they filed a dispute but would not give me my money back.

      Then I went into the bank to tell them what I did and also that I added $300 more into the account to see if the was just screwing up and they said I had to wait until the ATM was looked at again in a week.

      I have only $600 and that money to live on and now I don’t even have it and they will not help me with anything.

      On April 15, 2025 at 12:46 PM was on the phone with Customer Service (803 763 2583) at the Huntington Bank in Columbus, spoke with ******* (sp?) inquirying about a deposit made to my Huntington account, I was told incorrectly that they would not help me with my account without first sending me some sort of identifying number to my phone. Per a VP I spoke with 4 weeks ago this is not true. The CS representive agrued with me and claimed I could get no help from them because I have a land line, rotory phone, and she would not help me. Told me I had to either buy a new phone or drive to a bank. She contradicted the VP who assured they would correct the CS to talk to customers who use rotory phone. Very rude CS rep told me to buy a new phone, argued with me for 5 minutes.

      On Thursday, April 10, 2025, I was notified of a withdrawal that overdrew my account. I contacted Huntington to file a dispute and was told there was nothing they could do about it until it cleared that evening. So I was told I needed to call back on Friday, April 11, 2025. When I spoke to another person at Huntington on Friday to file the dispute, I was told again, the transactions were still pending and there was nothing they could do to file the dispute. So I was notified again by text, today Saturday, April 12, 2025, The following “Today 2:20 AM Huntington Heads Up. Acct ****** was overdrawn yesterday. But good news! 24-Hour Grace gives you time to avoid an overdraft fee. Learn how: huntington.com/Grace”. So then I went in and checked my account and the transactions still say pending. So I am requesting another call back to file a dispute. I have a feeling that they will tell me they can’t file a dispute still which is stressing me out because it’s three transactions, in two locations I’ve never been and another through a company I don’t have an account with. Then they will charge three overdraft fees totaling $108 for those transactions. Which will then put my account in -$484.67. I haven’t even used my account since January of 2025 because Huntington has gotten worse this year.

      I found a charge on my checking account that is not a charge I made. This "Magazine Store" made a fraud charge a few months ago on my checking account. Took ********************** months to resolve. Today, April 10th, 2025 this same company has a charge of $42.95 in my checking account.I called **********************, halfway through my phone call I was disconnected. I called back, halfway through my call the lady I was speaking to said she couldn't hear me. I could hear her. She hung up. My third call is the one that has me asking for help. The Huntington employee told me I could not dispute the charge because it was filed under misc. Well, not only did I not make the charge, I didn't file the charge under misc. That had to be Huntington's decision. I was also told it wasn't taken out by check or debit card! I was shocked and asked him there was a third way someone could get my money. He said yes. So basically I was told, nothing we can do for you. I don't know what to do. This charge was not made by me. Thank you for your help.***** ******

      I opened a checking account with Huntington and got my direct deposit on 04/10/25. I was able to use it for *** *******, pay my phone & furniture bill, then when I went to get my medicine- my account was locked. Called customer service, they said go to a branch with my social security card. I told them I NEED my medicine. She said there is nothing they can do. Go to a branch. This is ridiculous!

      Huntington bank refused to give me my money in one bank account and with another account with them they fraudulently took money out of my account and after that they started sending me emails I repeatedly told them to stop contacting me in every form of contact whether it be email phone or mail they continue to contact me through email they need to stop contacting me

      A few years ago I disputed a stay at a hotel in *******. The **** merged and my dispute was mishandled. I received a temporary credit. My case was closed without an investigation. This left me with a negative balance by the time of its closure. The balance sat on my credit report for over two years! This year when I received my taxes; I was not sure whom to trust. Capital One was hacked so I went back to Huntington to see if they would open my account. They did. THERE WAS NO BALANCE. There were no messages that I owed anything from new account. Two days after my taxes were wired $2K was STOLEN from my account to pacify the debt from two years prior. I want every ***** refunded into my account and forgiveness of my debt. I loved my bank; but you did not fight for our family. You should have warned my account so I could decide how to proceed. Your actions were criminal.
