      When you set one of their washer machines to "hot" wash, the cold water hose should have no pressure at all! Should not even be running! The cold water hoses have more pressure than the hot! You are not getting your clothes washed in the hot water you pay for! Less than warm when you touch it! I'm sure they are aware cutting corners on the utility bill with not much hot water! Ripping us off as customers! I turn the cold water off when it fills to get what I paid for!
