Sheakley is the MCO handling my work injury. Unfortunately, I have had to deal with them for a few years. They fight my treatments every step. Once I win my hearings they do not give my Dr.'s approval to proceed with treatment. This happened twice already !! Which prolongs my suffering. I have to make calls myself to get things to proceed. Basically, doing Sheakley's. A therapist told me today Sheakley is horrible with every injured worker. If you care about your employee's. Use another company !!!!!!

I find it funny that Sheakley claims they strive to assist. Examples, my Dr. asks for 3 injections. I get approved for 1. My Dr asks for 10 therapy massage. I only get approved for 5. Sheakley and my employer fought my claim and I did not get my needed treatment for 6 months after me winning two hearings they still tried to appeal again. Seems to me it is all about cutting costs by cutting needed treatments. Sheakley is trying to deflect on who is denying treatments. But, its them! Sheakley is the one did not notify my Dr. *** different times! I would testify in court they were notified in front of me and still took an addition 2 weeks before I could schedule my procedure. If Sheakley reread my original post, a therapist said Sheakley is horrible so obviously Im not the only one with a poor experience .Rick M
