      10/2023. They are my company's Work Comp facilitator. I have had trouble since day one getting information, help, guidance etc. They have dropped the ball in communication at every level. I have had 3 case managers who, in my opinion, get paid to do absolutely nothing!. I had a nurse case manager who couldn't find the time of day to help me locate a medical office to get my pre-op appointment. it took me since October of 2023 (It's now June of 2024) to get my shoulder surgery scheduled. Every piece of information and paperwork I needed has been facilitated by ME, I had to make phone call after phone call to them in order to make sure they submitted my paperwork in a timely manor. I have essentially been doing their job for them for 8 months! No one calls back to give updates, no one give information as to what paperwork is needed. I had to find all of this out on my own. I have no idea what the purpose of this company is other than to collect money from the businesses who are suckers enough to contract with them. I would ask the BBB to recommend Sheakley contact me, but I have no faith that they would even entertain a phone call. my lack of faith doesn't rest on the BBB but on Sheakley's irresponsibility and lack of integrity! how they've received an A+ rating here is laughable

      *** ******* concerns were heard on the 6/21/2024 date of this complaint when he spoke with multiple staff, including a member of management. A thorough review of his claim was conducted, and further education regarding the workers’ compensation process occurred with *** *****. Per his request, he was assigned a new contact to provide assistance with any future needs regarding his claim. His needs continue to be monitored by an assigned team member, and if *** ***** has any further questions or concerns, he should reach out to his assigned claim representative. We are always willing to listen to our injured workers' concerns and discuss what options are available to resolve their concerns.

      They were very slow in contacting me. At to cancel my first appointment for a follow for injury because of their inability to contact me and took 45 days to get an mri of my shoulder. Now they are claiming pre-existing even though they are clearly at fault. If they were to gotta hold me sooner. We would not even be having this issue.
