    Several months ago I got bids for two different projects. Since then, I have repeatedly asked for updates on the status of the projects. I have sent emails and have stopped by the office at least three times asking for updates. Each time I was told someone would get back to me yet I have still not heard a single word.The first project was a gate with automatic opener. I tried to cancel that project four months ago. I was told I could cancel the automatic opener but that the gate had already been custom made. So, with the gate already made four months ago, I still have no gate and still have no information from Emes as to when I can expect it. Ghosting customers doesnt seem like a responsible way to do business.
