    Since spring of 2023, I was looking for help to repair a fence from the company who installed it. I found that EME Fence company was the company that had installed the vinyl privacy fence at the home of my late mother. They came and measured twice and told me the fence damage was due to high winds. After some back and forth, they came out again because their initial estimate didn’t include other parts of the fence that were also damaged (even though I had told them). It took some time to get the contract and when I signed and returned a their contract (now at end of June) and I was told they were 6-8 weeks out and would get back with me. They never did. I emailed them again in early August and was sent an email back saying they typically call 24-48 hours before they come out. I thanked Mary Ann (the Operations Manager) and waited and waited. No one called. I have called and emailed. since February of this year hoping someone will pick up the phone, return my calls or my emails but nothing. I am beyond frustrated at the lack of caring and disrespect this company has shown me. I want them to repair the fence that, I believe, was shoddily installed (a whole other can of worms) but was willing to le t them simply repair the damaged fence and be done.

    I spoke with *** regarding the repair to the fence.

    He has reordered the materials and we are hoping to be able to do the work in the next 4 - 5 weeks.

    If the materials come in sooner, then we will get the work completed then.

    I will get in touch with ** ******** as soon as I know when we will be there.

    Our apolog*** for the delay in getting this repaired completed.
