      I paid $220 in advance for their service maintenance program. They are supposed to provide priority service for checkups of furnace and A/C and for any emergencies related thereto. I called for a routine checkup for our furnace before winter and had to wait two weeks to schedule one. On the scheduled date, when the maintenance man was to arrive between 8 AM and noon, I waited until after noon and no one showed up. I called and was told a repairman was out sick and I was taken off the list in favor of others. Besides the lack of promised priority, no one bothered to call to notify me of the cancellation. I nonetheless made another appointment (another week and a half). The secretary said the maintenance man would call at least an hour in advance of coming, again between 8 and 12. I waited again until 11:25. No one had called by then so I left for a lunch appointment. When I returned at 12:30, there was a tag on the door that said the man had been there. I never heard from the company again, and have gone to a local company for the checkup. The $220 I paid is down the drain, and Accurate's service maintenance program is no better than a scam.
