  After recently purchasing a home, I used Buckeye Improvements to replace the roof. The owner came out and spent time explaining the quality of the roofing and the process used to install it and answered every question I had. From the time I first called the company for a quote, every member of the staff I came in contact with was friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this company. They even filed the warranty for me and mailed me a copy of the warranty!

  This company is absolutely terrible. I had a traumatic experience for someone had broken in my home and the police had to make entry and tore up my front door and my sliding glass door. The company sent someone out that pretty much was a salesman. He told me my doors were hard to get they were custom, which was not the truth when another person came out and gave me an estimate. They didn’t do any of the cleanup or board up wanted a 10% down payment on an $8000 estimate. I paid the 10% the gentleman explained if I canceled the contract within three days that my money would be refunded the second day a different gentleman came out did a few more measurements once again no work done and wanted over $3000 payment and said that they cannot get jobs done for a week mind you Air is pouring in my home. It was an emergency situation where I wouldn’t even be able to stay in my home. Less than 24 hours of signing the contract I called and canceled the contract as another person came in and gave me an estimate $3000 cheaper in my doors both were fixed the next day. The company I have called and text messaged has not returned my almost $800 payment. I do have cameras in my home so if my payment received, I guess I will have to go to small claims court. No work was done and they should not be keeping $800. Not only was the work not done, but the owner was very rude when I called him to ask about it being refunded. If I was you, I would look for a Company with integrity and value not just trying to make a dollar. I was already vulnerable and in a very rough state of mind and take advantage of people is just sad.

  I'm sorry that your experience was less than satisfactory. Let me address a couple of your concerns. You mentioned you found another company that was cheaper than we were, and they did the install the next day. We don't pick up and sell doors from big box stores. Ours are better quality with insulation and security features. You also mentioned that you didn't receive you deposit back and that you had checked cameras on your property. Since you paid the deposit with a credit card, we refunded the credit card as were supposed to do. The timeline is as follows. You signed the contract on 1-14-25. We remeasured you house on 1-15-25. You cancelled on 1-16-25. Your refund was taken from my account 1-22-25.

  First time home buyer, less than a year later needed to replace roof. They got ahold of me from a 3rd party site. Their rep was extremely friendly and explained the process to completion. The gentlemen that came to my home for a quote went above and beyond, explained what they did, why they did it, and what the differences in their process was from others. The workers themselves did the job with purpose and were friendly. There was not a ounce of trash even left over after the job was completed. Can't recommend them enough.

  I recently had both of my bathrooms remodeled by this company. The price was relatively reasonable. The crew led by Terry were exceptional. They were courteous and respectful. I could not have asked for a better bathroom after completion. I will certainly use this company again for my future home projects.

  I would highly recommend using this company and I'm sure I will use George and his team of very professional staff again for any and all home improvements! I cant say enough the personal touch you get from understanding the choices to having the work done in a more than timely manner, to clean up, and then inspection! The staff was super organized and meticulous at doing a great job and leaving no remnants that they were even there when they were done! Pricing was great and quality suburb! If your looking for a good locally owned family company, who treats you like family, look no further!!

  Absolutely thrilled with our new roof. From our first engagement through the final walk through, everything went smoothly and without stress. The crew arrived early, protected my shrubbery, flower beds and lawn. The delivery driver asked if the drive would hold the pallets because he did not want to damage my lawn. The roof was a complete tear-off and the suspected damage was confirmed. The previous big box company had improperly installed the roofing less than 14 years ago! I observed the craftmanship and care taken by George's team to ensure it was properly installed. The only time the crew stopped was to take a short lunch break. When the crew had finished, they cleaned up everything around the house and, two days later I've yet to find any debris or roofing nails in and around my home. George was easy to work with and took the extra steps to ensure our complete satisfaction. I highly recommend Buckeye Improvements for your home improvement needs.
