    I have been notified repeatedly by email, text and mail a bill for services that have already been paid. I have called repeatedly, sent in copies of my check and been told it was resolved, but keep getting sent another bill every week. I have exausted all options of getting this resolved. Now they are threatening to turn me over to collections for a bill that has already been paid. This bill was paid last october and I am feeling harrassed and bullied by this company. I have also filed a complaint with the ******** ******* Office about this matter

    Their billing system is a complete joke. My calls all go to the Philippines to people I can barely understand. They cashed my check for payment in full over 6 weeks ago, yet, I continue to get e mails stating that I still owe this amount. I have spoken with three different people in the last few weeks and can barely understand them. When I called the local Canton office they said that they would connect me to someone who could help. My call got routed back to the Philippines. We, in the United States, need to STOP outsourcing to countries that we can hardly understand when we have questions. This is extremely frustrating

    Went for a consultation for a vein embolization. Dr. ******* stated once he got prior approval the office would call to schedule. Two weeks later they called to schedule. I said, “Oh great, they authorized the procedure. “Only to find out NO ONE from the office ever got prior authorization!! Leaving me with close to $70,000 in medical bills. This office has ruined me financially! The doctor was great, but it came at a very high cost for me. Don’t trust that they will do what they say. That office should be ashamed of themselves. Someone didn’t do their job and now I am paying the price.
