  If o could give negative stars I would he is quick to come and get the Deposit. But keeps putting of the job and not communicating. He did do one of the 2 jobs I asked for but not totally done rt.. and when I asked for a refund of the other job he said he would give it to me on Friday that never happened and he keeps giving me the run a round and not giving my $$ back

  In August of 2023 we contacted A*** M*** to give us a quote to install drainage and plant grass on a recently completed project that was performed by a different contractor. He came out and gave us a quote and asked us for a deposit of $600 which we paid. He was scheduled to do the work on September 9th. He did not show up to perform the work. We tried to contact him several times and he did not respond. He finally responded and said that he would be out on Monday Sept. 11th to do the job. He again did not show up. We tried several times to contact him with no response we used a different phone to contact him to do a quote and he responded immediately. At that point we asked for him to return the deposit. He stated that he would need to return the equipment he purchased and that he would return the money on Thursday. No money was returned and when we contacted him, he stated that he had a Union job and that he would need until the following Friday. He did not return the money and then sent a text stating that he was in the hospital. This business is a scam, he is taking deposits and not performing work. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS FOR ANY REASON!

  In July 2023 we had **** **** from Mick's Property Development LLC come to give us a quote for a small firepit in our backyard and to install handrails on our front porch and stairs. We were impressed that he came out within 24 hours of us reaching out to him and got a quote and material estimate to us quickly. We paid him $1700.00 upfront out of $2500.00 for supplies. He showed up for 1/2 of a day in August, used the wrong materials for a firepit, left, and we have not seen him since. A few days after he showed up for the half day he asked my husband for more money upfront, my husband was working and did not see his message for 24 hrs and I was out of town. He then sent my husband another message asking for more money and was rude to him. I have tried several times to get a day when someone would be out to finish the jobs and each and every time they were scheduled no one showed up and gave us no warning that they were cancelling. It takes several days, IF, I get response, it is days later. Most recently, Mr. **** said that he got gotten a job with the union was unable to come and was in the hospital, crickets, for weeks. We asked for a refund for part of the money that we gave him or to have the supplies he purchased for our job dropped off at the house, and no response. Mr. **** has been nothing but unprofessional! We needed the handrails installed by the end of Aug, which **** was aware of for a birthday party our senior parents were attending, he made NO attempt to even try to get that done for us, and when called out as to what a firebrick was, told us that no such item existed and verbally attacked my husband. BEWARE!

  We hired **** **** through Mick’s Property Development to do a 18x18 concrete patio. We paid him a deposit of $2,125.00 on 4/20/23 so he could purchase the materials needed and the rest would be paid when the job was completed. Since we paid him, he’s cancelled numerous times giving many different excuses and sometimes just not answering us back at all. We sent a certified refund request since he’s clearly unable to provide the services we paid for, which he refused and blocked us. We’ve just found out he has another recent civil suit against his business as well. If you are looking into hiring Alex for any work, I would strongly advise against it as he will take your deposit and not complete any work. It’s honestly pathetic that contractors scam people like this and he’s one of them.
